Now I can get my sons app to li k to my parents app . And wr can't get in yhe acorn app. It had locked me out . It I broke the app. lol 😆

No clear way to add money to wallet in app.

Easy and informative. Well thought out rules and guardrails. It’s great for growing kids to get more and more responsibility over their money management skills and chores.

Allowing my son to have his own debt card shows him how to make and spend money plus much more .

I added my 9 year old niece then she came to live with us temporarily... Pending her parents successful reunification she has gone home at this time. And with that said, I need to be able to remove my niece from the app . I also would like the app to reflect or have to a reflect that not all children aren't necessarily a biological child of a parent. Some were adopted. Others may be in the so-grandchild so the app needs to improve on these aspects .This is where the app needs to change. There also needs to be a little bit more individual control.

This app is so great! It teaches my 8 year old daughter how to be responsible with money. She gets her allowance added onto the account and then I transfer her money to her card for her to have. She is just too excited to have her own debit card! This app allows me to see all the account activity she has been doing on her card and allows me to set up automatic weekly payments to pay my daughter her $10 a week allowance that way I don't forget to add it. This app is going to help my daughter learn about keeping money and how to use her card the correct way and just be all around responsible with money so she can take all that she learned from this into adulthood with her.

Not good, they couldn’t help me activate my grandson’s new card after he lost his first card. I was on calls for 3 days without success. Go Henry was great, never had any issues for several years. I closed my account and will seek another company for my kiddos banking experience. Miss you Go Henry, I told everyone about them. Early Acorn charged the monthly fee with no problem 2 days prior to my horrible interactions but couldn’t assist successfully to activate my babies account , the children enjoyed having their own cards.

Everything went smoother than I expected.

I have funds ($1,500) that were debited from my bank account immediately and never showed up in the acorn app. Called customer service 3 times and waited 12 days for this to be resolved and now have to work with my bank to recover funds that were never deposited. The customer service told me each time this was taken care of and now it is starting to feel like a scam.

Luis was my representative he was great . This company is awesome for my daughter it teaches her the value of money and how to save .

I don’t like the fact that we have to be charged now to use the service. When it was GoHenry there wasn’t a fee charged to us just to be active on the app. Now that’s it’s switched we are being charged a monthly service fee.

It works however it is difficult to manage between accounts.

Didn't stay with it long enough

Customer service by phone is very important to me. Being able to speak with a live person makes it easier to ask questions, get clear answers, and feel that my concerns are truly being heard and valued. A live representative can provide personalized assistance and help resolve issues more effectively than relying only on automated systems.

This app really makes it easier to give my son an allowance and money for trips when we travel. Incredibly easy to use!
