Fabulous knives complicated order system poor coms
Fabulous knives but I ordered them on 29/11 and finally received them 15/01 with many emails back and forth.

This company is a disaster to deal with - totally incompetent.
Nothing went right. The company is totally incompetent, and have proved it again by sending another question asking how satisfied I am with the product that was never delivered.
Having ordered the product and paid for it, I received a mail advising that it had been delivered, and asking what I thought of the product.
A day later I received a mail explaining that the product is not available, and cannot be supplied.
Why a company would confirm the order, accept payment, confirm delivery, then advise the product is unavailable, then a week later send a further questionnaire about how satisfied I am with the product is completely beyond me.
I am still waiting for a refund of the money paid for the product.
I have, of course received no response to my complaint about how the company has treated me.

Great items delivered by DPD who are always reliable. Only complaint would be that we received a request to confirm items had been delivered before delivery.

We had an old zyliss Y peeler
We had an old zyliss Y peeler for many years, bought a replacement when it broke but the style had changed slightly, & was narrower, now this appears to have returned to the old style Y peeler - perfection! have bought this style as it's so much better than any other peeler. Perfect width, nice handle & feels safe, despite being sharp

Really high quality (stainless steel base) salad spinner to replace an old OXO plastic one we had for too many years! Purchased the larger spinner and it really does dry lettuce leaves and other vegetables well Good quality plastic inner basket Looks stylish too It is useful you can detach the clutch plate from the pump lid for thorough cleaning Though would have liked a proper diagram or instruction highlighting that you just need to pull the clutch plate at its centre away from the pump lid as it wasn’t clear on how to separate them
