Great customer service and very quick response to contact
Purchased a Zyliss product while on holiday and item was faulty. Returning item to the retailer was not an option so I contacted Zyliss customer services and received an email with offer of replacement item to be mailed to me.
Cannot fault that for customer service!

The products are of high quality as is the Customer support.
A 10 year guarantee on cookware gives peace of mind , and the replacement of an item was made very easy by the support staff (Phoebe, in my case)
Recommended.

Innovative products, great support
The products are really innovative and handy, but what has been brilliant has been the high service level relating to a warranty claim I had. The team were super efficient and supportive resolving my claim immediately with no quibbles.

The original design for this pizza…
The original design for this pizza wheel was infinitely better. They've made it harder to use as it feels like it is going to split into its two sections. When washing little pieces fall out, I almost lost one the other day then you wouldn't be able to use the wheel at all. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Missing item
I had an issue with my first order. Not the companies fault. Emails were sent out asking for a review when I had not received the griddle pan.
I emailed and explained I had not received the order yet so why was I receiving these emails.
I still hsd not received my order and was told to look at tracking with DPD.
I had already been doing this. I know when a delivery update does not change it usually means it is lost or damaged.
Eventually customer services chased it up, and could not find any answers from DPD.
I was asked if I would like a refund or replacement sent out. I opted for a replacement which came within rwo days.
The point is, I as the customer should not have to keep chasing an order up.
Fortunately all wad resolved eventually.
