This is a lovely website to order from, I have had no problems & the item I ordered arrived quickly & wrapped in a beautiful box.
I would certainly order from them again.

Absolutely beautful rings. Thankyou so much.

Not the best to raise an issue( if you had seen my previous review) but effective as other forms of trying to get hold of a human at ZKJ had failed.
That said I had an almost instant reply apologising and more importantly almost instant dispatch. So many many thanks to the staff concerned and apologies for the unorthodox method of getting a response. My faith in your customer service is revived…thank you.

Great service , the original necklace ordered arrived with a scratch on it, but was replaced quickly without fuss and postage refunded .

Can't express how beautiful the pendant I ordered from yourselves is there wasn't a dry eye in the house I panicked over the engraved finish as I haven't seen one before but all as I can say is WOW it's really beautiful thanks so much x

After placing an order for my jewellery it arrived very quickly in the post.
The box it arrived in alone was lovely with a very useful business card too.
Totally delighted with my piece of jewellery - a rather dainty nose stud.
I will most definitely be ordering more from Zoe Kay

Ordered on Sunday received on Wednesday excellent service.

This is only a small Company, but don't let that put you off. Zoe is amazing and really looks after her customers. So happy with my purchase.

I won the beautiful 925 silver "Dad" necklace on their FB competition. I won on Thursday and it was posted and delivered the very next day! A gorgeous piece of jewellery which was boxed with care in such a pretty box.
The lady kept me informed of delivery etc and was a lovely woman to talk to.
All in all, my transaction was a lovely experience, and I would recommend Zoe Kay Jewellery for any gifts you may need for friends and family in the future.

Fantastic beautiful ring made by Zoe Kay, Brilliant customer service ,10/10 first class product

I am over the moon with the service and the quality of my Masonic ring.
i lost my original two weeks ago which i had given to me by my Wife to replace my broken wedding ring in 1996. My wife passed away 20 months ago and to lose this lovely ring was very upsetting.
the ring you have supplied is a replica and the in graving is also first class.
I am avery happy customer thank you so much.

Absolutely pleased in every way regards quality of my recent purchase of a 2mm white gold box chain. Delivered in double quick time as well.

My only moan (hence 4 stars not 5) would be it was advertised as “approx” 6 grams, when in fact it weighs only borderline 5.5 grams (weighed on a jewellers calibrated scale)

A more accurate description would have read approx 5.5 grams, not rounded off on the high side.

Trivial matter, maybe I ended up with an exception, but still happy with purchase.

I ordered the NAN Sterling silver ring, took a week to come and was late for when I needed for my mums birthday also I ordered a size N but when it arrived it seemed abit big but my mum said she would just take it to be resized to find out they had said a size Y !!!! I’m very upset as I have now had to spend more money to get it resized, because I got no reply about how to return or what can be done will not be ordering again
