Zillow attracted my attention when shopping for a home refinance due to their low rates and lowest closing costs I could find. I contacted Wallace Carter who became my loan officer. He walked me through the entire process and made it easy. He was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We closed the refinance in less than three weeks.
