Friendly and helpful with really good communication . Zen not only provide work opportunities , they support you through out the process . The staff are friendly and supportive.

Zen is a great agency to work with. The app is easy to use and very convenient for managing shifts and bookings. The staff are friendly, professional, and always available to help. They regularly check in to see how your day is going and make sure everything is running smoothly. I have had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Zen.

You could fix your website. Your site thinks my email address is incorrect. It is not incorrect. It has been the same as it has been for over 20 years. Funny how you do not ask about this egregious problem. I prob have lost several opportunities because you (Zen) do NOT fix it. I do not know why either. Could you please fix it? I appreciate it if you would. My email address is still incorrect, and this website thinks otherwise. Thanks, Chris Lynch

I am a teacher who has been working for 20 years in education and youth training and to be clear with you, I did not spend all that time in the United States and I chose this profession because I love teaching, I have worked for various schools, I used to teach physics and mathematics, now I would like to continue working in education in some form. I do not have any experience in the United States yet, but I would like to take a step so that I can access all the subjects available in the educational system here in the United States.

Easy system to book work. Helpful staff that keep you updated along the way. So far very happy.

Working with Zen Educate has been great so far! I absolutely love the Zen App system of booking jobs sent by the fantastic Zen team, and there are a good number of bookings to go round, but you have to be quick! (that's the part I love!). The team are also very friendly and always willing to help. I have had some awesome conversations with them and it is comforting to know that they are there to support and help. Thank you Zen Team! You guys are AWESOME! Keep doing what you do!

Please, first shortlist the candidates before starting to collect all their personal information. I feel my personal data is violated and can’t go back and delete it myself!
I was able to upload all my data, including references and even staring completing some courses, and after having the AI interview, I was rejected , because I didn’t have experience working with SEN children. Apparently that’s super essential to be a successful candidate for ZEN educate!
This is fine, but please, don’t let people share their personal information before you let them know what is needed to be a part of the app! So disappointed!

ZED Educate has provided me with many opportunities to work in different schools and has offered excellent support throughout, carefully matching my skills to suitable placements. The staff are highly committed, professional, and always willing to help.

The app is good for getting tasks.

I have registered with the company for five weeks and have only received work once.

I completed all requirements and they never called me back, just sent an email saying the position was filled.

There has been great communication throughout. and have been supported amazingly well, with my move into working in a school environment. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved.

Update: knocked down 1 star because I haven't even been paid on time! I don't agree with umbrella companies, but generate's website promises "100% on time payment, guaranteed". If they're going to deduct so much from your pay, you'd think they'd at least pay you on time. I can't even call them to chase up until Monday and Zen rarely answer phone calls.

It's been 2 weeks and the number of requests that come through aren't sufficient. You can forget about working to get your DBS refunded after 10 bookings - its impossible to get any work!

I like the app experience as it makes receiving reply requests easy and convenient, however the requests from schools go EXTREMELY fast - within 30 seconds. I don’t feel there’s guaranteed work so you would definitely have to sign up to another agency.

It’s extremely difficult to get into contact with zen through phone, app when my recruitment officer stopped replying to my emails, it was hard to get in touch with anyone. When I finally did, explaining I wanted a child only DBS (some schools and agencies do not accept child & adult DBS, which Zen create) I was assured this would be put on file, but it didn’t - I had to get another DBS created with another agency.

When I have gotten through to staff, they are genuinely friendly and helpful. Hopefully my experience gets better with time.
