C'est la première fois que j'utilise cette application. Elle est géniale. Il y a un réel suivi et ils sont réactif. Tout est clairement expliqué, facile d'utilisation. Je la recommande vivement. Je suis contente d'avoir trouvé cette application. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Je n'ai pas fini avec la détaxe mais je suis rassurée que tout va bien se passer avec une telle qualité de service, cela ne pourra pas être le contraire.

Très bonne expérience avec Zapptax. Après plusieurs dédouanements sans encombres, le dernier à l'aéroport de Beauvais (borne inactive, pas de douaniers) a été problématique, mais Chantal de l'équipe de Zapptax nous a permis de trouver une solution et nous a apporté des réponses précieuses pour pouvoir finalement procéder au dédouanement de notre marchandise. Nos interlocuteurs chez Zapptax ont été réactifs et d'une grande aide. Je recommande vivement.

Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je réalise mes bordereaux d’exportation avec ZapTax et je suis très satisfait de leurs services. Je n’ai jamais rencontré de problème avec eux. Lorsque qu’il y a une erreur ou une difficulté avec la douane, leur équipe est toujours disponible et réactive pour aider à résoudre la situation rapidement.

Le service est fiable, professionnel et très simple à utiliser. Je recommande vivement ZapTax à toute personne ayant besoin d’un partenaire sérieux pour la gestion des bordereaux d’exportation.

C’est pour toutes ces raisons que je leur attribue cinq étoiles sans hésitation.

Still no news of my refund almost two months later and no update. They take their huge fee and have zero respect for their customers.

Edit: I got an update and an apology tonight but still no money.

Une équipe très réactive et qui cherche des solutions pour rendre le processus le plus simple possible.

They were super helpful in trying to rectify an issue we had with customs forms that we were unable to print. We were not able to submit in the airport, but a Zapptax employee met with customs and got us our full refund!

I have not used their tax refund services yet but phoned them to ask about a few details before deciding how to proceed. They called me back which I was not expecting (returning to a missed call is not common). Roxanne was very knowledgable, patient and made sure she addressed all my questions clearly. This already felt like a strong start, I will try the app in a few months once I do my purchase and see how it runs.

time for refund too long, doesn't give enough back - they keep too much

I submitted all required information to Zaptax in November 2026 following my purchase in order to receive my tax refund. Despite completing every step requested, I have still not received my payment months later. Throughout this period, I had to send multiple follow-up emails, and each time I was told to wait. Most recently, I was informed that the payment had been sent, however even after 10 days, no funds have reached my account. When I asked customer support for transfer details such as the payment date, reference number, or sending bank, I did not receive any clear or verifiable information, I received only repeated requests to continue waiting. During the same period, other companies processed my refunds quickly and without issue, which makes this experience particularly disappointing and concerning.
Based on my experience, the process lacks transparency and reliability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

Great solution when you forget to bring your passport for the tax free forms when shopping

used ZappTax 18 times in 7years, no problem, no mistake, only positive. Any question, any comment, any concern, customer service listen and answers promptly, find solution and is really pro active.

I have used Zapptax for the past 3 years and it's the best way to get VAT refunds. It is very easy and quick.
