Buyer beware: stay away
If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. This is the most dishonest and unethical company I've ever done business with. My husband bought a belt for me last December from this company's Etsy store, MaxwellLeighLeather. When it arrived, it was much too big. I contacted them inquiring about a possible solution, which they ignored. We opened a case with Etsy, which the business finally responded to saying to send the belt back and they would send a replacement. I sent it on March 3, and heard nothing and no replacement arrived. I contacted them on April 22, and they responded that they thought Etsy had refunded the purchase (which they hadn't), and again promising to send the new belt. They never did. On June 7 I messaged them again saying I no longer wanted the belt, and to please send a refund. They ignored this message. I contacted Etsy customer service, who promised to contact the company. They ignored the contact from Etsy. I called the company on July 11 and spoke to an incredibly nasty and rude CSR who just kept repeating that they didn't do exchanges, ignoring the fact that they had promised to do so and that was the entire reason I sent the belt back. Finally I lost patience and yelled and she hung up. I called back and left a message for the owner to call me, which of course he never did.
Sum: this company is incredibly dishonest and unethical and has no problem with stealing customers' money and lying to them.
