T-shirt that I bought a couple of washings have lost their shape and began to look like bags. At some jeans length is not specified. I had to return because of jeans, they were very short. Communication with customer care I did not like. Very slow to respond and avoid answers to direct questions.

Very happy with the items that I ordered :) Their exactly what I wanted.
However, I didn't receive my full order because 1 item was out of stock even though it was in-stock when I ordered it and wasn't aware of this until I contacted costumer services.
But from there my item was fully refunded straight away. I always find the costumer services at Yukka are some of the friendliest people I buy from, as my issues are always sorted out in under 30mins.
