Had problems receiving a refund on an item I returned recorded delivery. I returned as this size was too small and I don't believe the item was new.

A shame because the correct size jeans were actually quite nice and I would've shopped here again. But I don't think I will now after this experience.

Ordered from this site twice and had no problems. The site doesn't have a security certificate so use at your own risk. They're the UK affiliate of Top Streetwear topstreetwear dot com, which does have a security certificate and operates from Germany. I've read other reviews about people not receiving thier order and would warn that the courier (UPS) left my parcel very visable on my front door step which wasn't great! Clothes made of good quality material.

Would have chosen no stars had I been given that option. Ordered £70 worth of clothes for my partner for Christmas. Yukka & DHL said they have delivered them on 21st Nov. I am still trying to hunt them down. Yukka initially replied saying to check with my local PO, I did that even though I knew it would not be there as it was being delivered with DHL. Yukka then told me to contact DHL, asked them why I should be doing this when it was their job, they did not reply. Contacted DHL who have told me to contact Yukka. Forwarded DHL emails to Yukka, no reply. So, they have taken my money, no goods received and now refuse to respond. Absolutely awful company who do not care about their customers. £70 out of pocket.

Made a purchase for 330 dollars on june 19th its july 12th and have not received anything I have sent about 20 emails with no response this place literally took my money Nd sent me nothing not even a explanation WOULD NOT RECOMMEMDND TO ANYONE

Horrible service & they weren’t busy. Chips stale didn’t even bring us serving plates . Completely forgot the table . Had to wave them down to get the minimal of water . I cane here for a graduation & many platters had run out. Mind you it was only 4pm! I will never come again & now that we moved to the area I will tell everyone else not to waste their time either .

I would recommend this store without any hesitation. Quick dispatch and great packaging. Their selection of clothing is outstanding which is hard to find these days in other stores.

Customer service is also great as they respond promptly to emails and requests.

Awful comany, not reliable never order anything again. I learned my lesson.

Waited 2 weeks and they sent me the wrong size shirt. I returned the item and then 2 weeks later they sent me the wrong colour!! They then stopped answering my emails and didn't even refund my money.
These guys are con artists who don't even have most of their website items in stock. They try to order items from their suppliers after customers have paid....but they can't even read the order details and get the correct items!!

Bought some jeans which turned out to be skinny, which wasn't on website description. When I sent back they did not refund original postage, which by law they must under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. On emailing several times they are slow to reply and unhelpful, refusing to send the refund. I have now contacted my bank and will refer to Trading Standards, and would recommend everyone avoid these con men.

Made my order on Saturday and it took them till Wednesday after I emailed them regarding my order, that they dispatched my order after replying back to me then I get an email saying my order has been dispatched. Not only do they falsely advertise on their website item dispatch within 24 hours but it seemed they required me to remind them. I also will like to add the courier UK Mail is just as bad too.

I will talk about my experience with UK mail and Yukka 2 years ago first where Yukka actually dispatched my order on time back then but it took UK mail 1 week to deliver a first class delivery and I was in all week because I had the week off never even got a sorry we missed you card from them and when the incompetent courier finally showed up he made excuses about lack of parking in my area, let me tell you I have ordered from Amazon and other websites online that have used plenty of other couriers other than UK mail and I have had my orders delivered on time or actually got a sorry we missed you card through the letterbox when I wasn't in they are a joke.

Now I check on UK Mail delivery tracker apparently they attempted deliverying my order at 10:30 yesterday morning where I was in the Kitchen where the front door is making myself and eating my breakfast at that time same thing happening 2 years ago, its July the 18th today wish me luck I will hopefully get my delivery actually delivered at my door before it turns August.

I found the website very good and easy to pick from.

Decided to order on Yukka, having ordered similar products elsewhere and been hugely disappointed. Yukka did not disappoint, in fact being able to open my parcel and see how on point everything was, i was ecstatic. The shorts i ordered were cut nicely, stitched properly and had a good weightiness to them. The kicks were hot to say the least and everything else was as it should be. I didn't rate Yukka 5 stars for two simple reasons, both of which can be remedied. Caps need to be packaged in hat boxes, especially when being packaged with weightier goods. Mine weren't damaged or anything but the extra measure would be a definite plus. Also, i couldn't get into my account, i did reset password but the links opened to a blank page repeatedly. Yes i was able to still shop as a guest but password reset links might need looking into.

On the upside, having received my order, i placed another the next day. I hope this good level of service continues and the sales keep coming too.

All my favourite brands without the extra delivery charges and taxes. Cant say delivery was prompt as i have not received my items yet, I ordered the middle of last month and still have not received but i have been informed my items have been despatched. fingers crossed. Despite the delay i will definitely use this site again!

Good products but the service isn't great

Easy transaction from start to finish goods arrived as described and fit beautifully
