My experience with your baby club has been wonderful. I love the items that I’ve been receiving for my baby.

I came across Your Baby Club ad and decided to give it a try. I wasn’t fully satisfied with what I received in my baby box, however, you take chances when ordering mystery boxes such as these. The onesie I received was cute. I loved the Bibs cuddle swaddle. I also received a Sudocrem skin protectant cream that I’ve never tried before but am willing to try if need be. I also received a Dr. Talbots soothing gel and Bibs pacifier and clip. Lastly I got Palmers sample oil and belly lotion. All of which are nice but nothing that really impressed me and makes me want to continue paying for the baby boxes. Maybe creating a questionnaire that personalizes products that best suit your preferences would help. I pay for a makeup subscription that picks two items for me and then I’m able to pick the remaining three items. I’ve been a loyal customer for four years already and love it because I receive items that I normally wouldn't pick out myself when shopping. Like I stated previously not fully disappointed because I do like a couple of items I received but nothing that makes me want to continue with the monthly subscription. Peace and love! ✌🏼

Box item variety was fine but quality of items were not the best.

I loved the items I received! The chocolate was unexpected yet a very sweet addition. There really was not much a variety of baby items but the onesie and swaddle are very nice; great quality!

I absolutely loved receiving this free baby box! 🤍 It was such a sweet surprise and came with some really useful goodies for baby. I’m so grateful for companies that offer these little gifts to expecting moms. It made this pregnancy journey feel even more special! 🥰🍼💕

Got my baby box. Overall I was pleased, had a swaddle, bottle and some samples.

I enjoyed the baby box I received and my daughter was happy about her onsie and new pacifier! However, the chocolate bar came melted and I was glad I didn’t mess anything up. I am grateful that she still had some stuff in there that I can use that I dont need to buy anymore

Horrible experience. I only received about MAYBE half of what they advertise you would receive in the box. They also sent me a pink onesie when I filled out the survey saying I am having a boy. There’s no way to reach out to them easily either. It’s definitely a scam. You pay over $15 for shipping and then they don’t tell you and automatically sign you up for a subscription right after. If you don’t check your account after, you get charged for the other boxes they plan to send shortly after. Not worth the stress and half-ass box.
Make sure you’re home and grab the box immediately from outside since you receive 2 out of the 4 chocolate bars you’re supposed to receive and they melt immediately if you live somewhere always hot like I do.

Extremely disappointing experience — I canceled my subscription

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Your Baby Club has been extremely frustrating.

I subscribed on July 19. My first Baby Box was advertised as free, but I paid $19.99 for shipping (order #YBBUS54987). More than two weeks passed without receiving the box, a shipping confirmation, or tracking information. My account only showed “Paid” and “Fulfilled.”

After contacting customer service, I was eventually told there had been a failed delivery attempt and was asked to confirm my address. I then noticed that the address in their email was missing my apartment number, even though I had provided my complete address.

I immediately replied with my full address, including the apartment number, and requested the tracking information. I received no response despite following up multiple times.

I then contacted them through Instagram. They asked for my email so they could follow up with customer service. Later, I was told that customer service claimed they had emailed me and were “waiting for my response.” I checked my inbox, spam and junk folders. There was no new email. The only email was the original one about the failed delivery attempt, which I had already replied to more than once.

The Instagram representative then offered to send me a replacement box and asked for my full address. I provided it again, including my apartment number, and specifically requested tracking information.

On August 7, replacement order #YBBUS57333 was created. I received an email saying it was being prepared for shipment and that I would be notified when it shipped. I finally thought the problem was resolved.

Days later, however, the replacement was STILL showing “Confirmed — We’re preparing these items for shipping,” with no tracking or shipping update. Even more frustrating, after all of this, Instagram responded again telling me to contact customer service by email — the same customer service I had already contacted repeatedly.

Then on August 11, I received an email saying my ORIGINAL order #YBBUS54987 had been “delivered.” I had received absolutely nothing.

I checked the actual USPS tracking myself and discovered that the package was NOT delivered to me. USPS clearly showed:

“Delivered, To Original Sender” — Carteret, NJ, August 11 at 10:35 AM.

The package had been returned to the sender, yet Your Baby Club sent me an email saying my order had been delivered.

When I reviewed the original order, the shipping address shown there was indeed missing my apartment number. The replacement order now shows the correct complete address.

Throughout this process, I have sent multiple emails and Instagram messages, provided my address repeatedly, waited days for responses, received conflicting information, and ultimately had to investigate the USPS tracking myself just to understand what happened.

At the time of this review, I STILL have not received my Baby Box, despite paying $19.99 for shipping, and the replacement order still has not shipped.

Mistakes happen, and a failed delivery alone would not have caused me to leave this review. My issue is the terrible communication, extremely slow responses, conflicting information, lack of tracking updates, and the amount of effort I have had to put into resolving a problem I did not create.

With another subscription charge approaching, I no longer felt comfortable continuing and canceled my subscription.

I was genuinely excited about this service. Instead, my first experience became weeks of chasing customer service for a package I still don’t have. I sincerely hope Your Baby Club improves its shipping and customer service processes because customers should not have to go through this.

All a scam !!!! New parents seeking help and advice and then sites like these take advantage and scamming new to be parents

Paid $20 shipping and they sent me recalled a2 formula and won't refund or replace it because it was "complimentary." Reached out to a2 and they say won't refund or replace it as well.

I loved all the products I got in my baby club package. Thank You so much!

although there could be more items, the items that do come in the first box were extremely helpful. I enjoyed the variety. and it was nice to get to try and use brands that may not be as widely known. sometimes smaller brands are good quality too? despite not hearing about them mainstream.

Really liked that I didn’t need to make a registry to get the box. Great variety and name brand items. Box shipped quickly too! I get my second box soon and I’m so exited to see what could be inside. If you’re considering getting it and signing up then my advice is DO IT!

The box is good overall, came fast, but the only component that made it “$90 value” was the formula. Which expired a month from the date I received it and ended up having a recall. Looking forward to seeing what Box #2 looks like

I liked my box! It included items for both my baby and me, all of which I will definitely be using!
