Ronnie was a very nice gentleman he kept us up to date with things and karen the housing officer was very nice things on signing up day were all explained and we received a voucher for the inconvenience we had with moving dates

Ronnie and Karen were an absolute pleasure. Ronnie led us through from the original offer phone call all the way up to the move in day and he's a really lovely gent, really friendly, easy to communicate with and super helpful. Met Karen on our move in day and likewise, she was super helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble they were happy to help with anything they could. Fantastic staff 😊 Thanks so much!

I recently secured my new home with Yorkshire Housing at Broadway, and I wanted to specifically recognise Ronnie, who supported me through the process.

I brought my dad along with me to view the property and go through everything, and from the moment we arrived Ronnie was fantastic. He was welcoming, patient and incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything properly without ever making us feel rushed.

What particularly stood out was how knowledgeable Ronnie was about Broadway itself and the surrounding area. He could answer all the questions we had about the property, the building and what it would be like living there. That local knowledge made a massive difference and gave both me and my dad a lot of confidence in the move.

Getting my own home is a really significant step for me after a difficult period, so naturally there were nerves around it. Ronnie made what could easily have been an overwhelming experience feel straightforward, comfortable and genuinely exciting.

You can tell when somebody knows their job inside out but also genuinely understands the people they’re working with. Ronnie had both. Yorkshire Housing should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.

Birkby Croft is a welcoming place - a place that feels like home, my grandad finds it comfortable and has made many friends whilst he’s been here. It has a great communal lounge, which is ideal for socialising with peers. Katrina - the scheme manager is very helpful and understanding no matter the situation. She is there if you have any difficulties and need some extra support.

I recently applied for a flat, the lady who dealt with me Jade was lovely, professional, and explained everything in detail making the whole process a pleasure, at what was a very stressful time in my life. An asset to the company! Thank you Jade

On Thursday 13th Sarah from YH customer services team,was very friendly, extremely helpful in getting my safety inspection booked in at a better time slot,the engineer called me.. brilliant

Matt and Dean from the plumbing team where 5 star. Respectful of our home tidied up diid an excellent job despite the heat there work was above expectations and where really friendly other staff would do well to learn from these 2 gentlemen very happy customer

My dad has just had a wet room put in by Yorkshire housing it is amazing it will give my 91 year old father a new lease of life now he can have a shower thank you to everybody involved we are as a family so happy thank you to Elaine emmott thank you if it wasnt for you it would not have happened you are an angel in my dad's eyes
