Ако имаше как да дам нула звезди, щях. Всеки месец на датата ми за плащане на месечен абонамент ми спират всички услуги, за които плащам, докато не си платя сметката, която в приложението не излиза или излиза, но с ден-два закъснение. Затова всеки месец ми се налага лично да ходя до офис на йетел (какъвто наблизо НЯМАМ), за да се оправям с това и всеки път като попитам защо се получава така, получавам различен отговор - било то, имам лимит на услугите (а договорът ми е за неограничен интернет и минути за разговори), било то не съм платила предходна сметка, такъв е бил договора и т.н. Това започна още февруари, а сега сме месец юли. Махам се от вас колкото мога по-скоро!

They are signing me up to pornography sex call plan and also to other unconsented plans they put you on charge you then only deal with it after you said you didn't consent

ВНИМАНИЕ! ИЗМАМНИЦИ! Искам да предупредя всички потребители за наглите и подвеждащи тактики на Yettel!
Като потребител лично открих тяхната схема за измама. В магазина ти говорят едно и те омайват, а после, когато дойде време за плащане, реалността е съвсем друга. Предложиха ми "промоционална оферта", за да ме накарат да подпиша срочен договор (с обвързване). Служителите ми казаха категорично, че ще плащам по 26 евро на месец през първите 6 месеца.
Това обаче е пълна лъжа! Платих тази сума само през първия месец, след което започнаха постоянно да ми вдигат таксите. В момента съм едва в 3-тия месец от така наречената "оферта", а вече ме карат да плащам 38 евро!
Това е чиста практика на измамници. Фокусирам се върху този коментар, за да предупредя абсолютно всички потребители да се пазят от тази измамна и подвеждаща тактика!
Не подписвайте договори за обвързване и не купувайте никакви продукти от тази компания! Те са безскрупулни измамници и лъжци!

I wanted to buy a prepaid sim card and the employee said 'no, if you don't have all your Bulgarian documents, I cannot activate the card'! A rental contract wasn't sufficient and even if I prepaid several months ahead of time, it's not ok either so I left and went next door to Vivacom and I got an excellent deal without any stupid Bulgarian documents. Needless to say, I will never return to Yettel !

Мнението мие насочено към магазините на Yettel, не конкретно услугите през сайта.
Магазините масово мамят и лъжат хора, особено възрастни като им пробутват устройства, услуги чрез заблуждаващи практики, хубави думи. Обичайно възрастните хора даже нямат идея какво получават, как да проверят изобщо приложението на Yettel и служителите се възползват от това. В крайна сметка човек отишъл за най-евтиния възможен договор се върна вкъщи с часовник, слушалки, лизинги и допълнителни скрити такси в договора, който даже не са му издали хартиен, а само електронен (който не знае как да види и не му е обяснено).
Избягавайте магазина в кв. Тракия, Пловдив на ул. Съединение 45, 4023. Може да прочетете мнения в google maps и как мамят от години в този офис. В крайна сметка получихме анулиране на договор и всичко останало, но защо бяха всичките главоболия? И колко например от 10 възрастни хора имат млад човек, който да провери всичко и да оправи нещата? Колко хора още са измамени и плащат адски много излишни неща за единия бонус на служителя?

Dear Yettel
I finally got fed up and have to review you again.
I was just wondering if I could pay half price for your service - because it seems like every other day my internet speed is not what you promised me by contract.
And even if there is a possibility of variable speed mentioned in your contract / shouldn't that knife cut both ways . This is not a fair service you provide - please improve or get more bad reviews.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the Yettel office in Pomorie.

I originally needed to restore my old Bulgarian number while living in Germany, just to recover access to my Facebook account. Since I didn’t plan to actually use the number, I asked specifically for the cheapest possible option. However, the employee offered me a more expensive plan with “unlimited mobile internet” and explicitly assured me that I could use it daily in Germany without any issues.

This turned out to be completely misleading.

After only 2–3 months of use in Germany, the internet stopped working. I later discovered that the “unlimited internet” applies only within Bulgaria, something that was never explained to me at the time of signing. As a result, I was locked into a 2-year contract for a service that became useless almost immediately.

In September 2025, I visited the Pomorie office again and requested to terminate the contract. The employee checked my account and clearly told me that everything was cancelled. I even asked for confirmation, but was told there was nothing to worry about. The SIM card stopped working the same day, which reinforced that the contract had ended.

However, around three months later, I received notice of an alleged debt. The letter was sent to my old apartment, and only reached me because the current owner forwarded it. When I contacted Yettel support, I was told I needed to visit Bulgaria again or use an e-signature to resolve the issue—despite the fact that I had already terminated the contract in person.

This is completely unreasonable.

Even worse, the company continues to send letters to my former address, effectively harassing the current tenant, despite being informed that I now live in Germany.

Overall, this experience shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service. I was misinformed when signing the contract, misled during cancellation, and am now being pursued for charges that should not exist.

I strongly advise anyone dealing with this office to be extremely cautious and to document everything in writing.

Been robbed for being loyal for many years including prepaying for months ahead . The first reasonable complaint and find out that there’s no customer service …, pardon me it’s servicing the company not the customer.

The worst company. Internet speed it's horrible.

Получих запечатана кутия с липсващ телефон при доставка. Подадох сигнал веднага. Въпреки активен спор и подадена жалба до КЗП, услугите ми бяха спирани неколкократно поради „кредитен лимит“.

Липсва окончателно решение и се прилага натиск чрез ограничаване на услуги вместо коректно разрешаване на казуса. Изключително разочароващо отношение към клиент.

Never use Yettel!!!! THE SLOWEST INTERNET EVER!!!!

I’ve been using Yettel.bg for over 5 years, and honestly, I don’t know why I’m still putting up with their nonsense. What happened today is just one of MANY times they’ve pulled the same shady trick.

I topped up 12 leva and activated just their 0.15 leva daily package of 1000 MB. Activated it at 10:30 PM, set an alarm for the next day 10 PM to switch off mobile data so they wouldn’t steal the remaining 11.85 leva from me.

At 9 PM next day (1hour and 30 minutes before the internet expires) I was on a Viber audio call — I had 800 MB left before starting the call. After 10 minutes, the connection suddenly dropped. I check the app: 0 leva. Zero. Gone. Disappeared.

This has happened more than 10 times over the years. It’s not a mistake — it’s a pattern. It’s straight-up robbery. What’s the point of having “affordable packages” when they find sneaky ways to drain your balance anyway?

Yettel, fix your predatory system. Or at least stop pretending to be a serious telecom when you keep pulling off these cheap, scammy tricks.

Absolute joke of a provider. I’m tired of this.

Yay you get one star - but only because I can not give zero stars. This company is absolute low life, scum.

My partner died, she has a death notification from her Bulgarian hospital, a death certificate issued by the Bulgarian government, and a certified cremation certificate (certificates that have been accepted by the UK government, her UK bank, her Bulgarian bank, and many other agencies.)

Yettel would not accept any of this as proof of death - because doing so will mean that they will have to stop forcing ongoing payment, and profiteering, from a dead person's account - how low can a company scoop in its quest for money?

A Yettel szolgáltatás Siófokon szörnyű! Csak 3 hely van az ügyfélszolgálat számára. A 3 hely közül azonban csak egy aktív, a másik 2 hely ugyan foglalt, de senkit sem érdekel, hogy 10 ember áll sorban! Az én időm is pénzbe kerül!

Horrible company . You can’t close your contract when is expiring after years of contract and even if you paid any of your bills there’s another bran new monthly bill because technically this is you new contract bill . Also you can’t close your contact when is finish from distance as you need to be physical in the branch when you signed the contract from the beginning. Ridiculous. Stay away from them

Worst phone company ever existed. There are always hidden fees every month. Internet is not even working properly. It switches off randomly. Their prices are absurd and is not worth the services they offer. Absolute scam.

Wifi cuts out very often. The internet is slow and i had to call someone to replace my router, cuz it burnt out.

Today my 86 year old Mum walked into a Yattel shop by mistake - she meant to enter A1 which is next door in Iztok in Sofia. She has a contract with A1 and wanted to ask them to help her with her phone which was not working. Instead of assessing the situation and helping her, Yattel staff sold her a new contract with phone...To this moment my Mum is not aware that they have sold her a contract - she said they made her sign something, she though she was getting a new phone! I called and asked them to cancel everything they did today but they are saying she HAS to buy the phone at full price 410 leva even if they cancel the contract. They have taken advantage of my mother and her advanced age and the fact that she was alone. The helpdesk people (I spoke to a few) wanted to help but clearly couldn't, they are a waste of time, there wasn't a way, they said, to speak to anyone in charge, the shop doesn't have a phone number to call (this is a phone shop!!!!) and the shop manager twisted everything making it our fault throughout, not his (I spoke to him on my Mum's phone) . He said my mother was well aware of what was taking place which clearly she wasn't. Terrible way to treat people, heartless and greedy! Avoid at all cost!
