Calm, clear understanding instructor who supported parents helping child drive along with their lessons.... my son started shy and over time dwveloped a love for driving. I dont even worry when hes out on his own as i know he passed(1st time) when it was right. Great sriving school. Thanks steven.
Spent over a thousand pound for driving lessons with Jon, Worst driving instructor EVER, constantly making you feel bad, always using degrading and diminishing words when you make a slight mistake, do not care about helping his student build up their confidence.
He does not realise that Not everyone learn at the same paste and he should match each student needs.
I was always scare before each lesson, and nerves makes you do more mistakes.
My worst investment and regret it so much, so i will never recommend him to anyone.
I finally use another instructor and passed my test in less than 8 lessons. And its fair to say 2 or 3 of us went from Jon to the new instructor and passed very quickly and confidently.
AVOID AT ALL COST
I passed with less than five months of learning and I’ve no regrets about my decision to learn with Jon at Yello Driving School. My journey to become a safe and independent driver was achieved through the fantastic teaching skills Jon provided; they were patience, understanding, consistency and moral support. More specifically, Jon is great at being present with the learner and often encourages self reflection and consistent, constructive feedback which was accommodated to my own individual learning style. The communication with Jon was both positive and efficient and he allowed flexible scheduling with lessons. I would recommend Yello Driving School to anyone looking for a rewarding AND enjoyable driving experience.
Jon was a great instructor who helps me develop my confidence for driving and led to me pass first time. I would 100% recommend yellow driving school if you’re a learner driver.

Both my girls were with this school and both passed first time. Rather embarrassingly they had less lessons than my wife.
John was very patient with me, he helped a lot with my confidence. Best instructor I have had!!
