How you do anything is how you do everything. I took Shay’s biology course in the middle of a major site/company transition. There were a few hiccups getting me launched. But let me tell you something, Shay strives for excellence and as a fellow CEO, the way she took ownership, recognizing & rectifying the situation and going above and beyond to make sure my experience was successful speaks volumes to me. I am moved by Shay and her teams dedication to her clients. Thank you!

Amazing service, very questionable company ethics
Extremely disappointing company. Don't get me wrong, the work is tremendously helpful, and I just went to redownload the app but I am apparently banned? I wouldn't be writing this publicly, but since they refuse to acknowledge me privately and have a habit of responding then ghosting, I guess this is the only way. I have had one clash with a love specialist a few years ago, but I still kept it respectful despite the frustration, but I have also been treated poorly directly and indirectly by Shay. Her assistants and appointment setters would frequently reach out to me over the years, just to ghost when I would respond, and then do it again a year later. Her assistant lied about her "leaving the country for the rest of the year and no longer being available" for our session that very morning, despite me seeing her full open calendar. I responded profusely apologizing for any past tension and if I had done anything, in fact, I have apologized too much and unnecessarily so, given how I was treated both on the calls themselves and outside of them, and then, despite them saying "we are here for you every step of the way,"at the end of every email, they would just ghost. I bought their $999 package on the app last year and received nothing. I reached out, they replied briefly to get my contact info, and then they never got back to me. I filed a dispute, got my money back, and after I won this dispute, they sent a generic email full of 'sisterhood' language and a free PDF, promising they were there to help me with access and that my journey was deeply important to them. Yet here I am, still locked out of the app's core features, and coaching services are conveniently never spoken of again. It's all marketing language with zero execution. It's just nuts to me because all you had to do was say "we are not a fit, don't reach out again." Instead, you get my hopes up, make content that insinuates that we are f*'d if we don't work with you, you say similar things to me in private using the art of story telling, sales and poking at my personal triggers, and then use the silent treatment and ghost...? Instead of just being clear? That's not feminine energy, that's abuse. Shay's work is amazing, so it's genuinely so confusing and upsetting that they behave this way behind closed doors (I am not including everything I experienced, but there are email and text receipts of all of this). I'm not even trying to chase something that's clearly rejecting me, I just love myself enough to fight for my best life and my healing, and was fine to settle for using an app and self-guiding. I personally found this content extremely effective. But now I'm banned. Got it. Very strange, but all the best to anyone who works with this company. I also wouldn't be surprised if they threaten me or try and paint me as unwell for leaving this review but it's literally just the truth.

This is an amazing app. The video lessons on here have helped me to breakthrough blocks that I wasnt aware of. It has helped me to change beliefs about myself that have been holding me back from love.

Working with Shay “Your Love Diva” and her team has been a deeply transformative and soul-awakening experience. I came across Shay through her Instagram posts. I have greater clarity around my boundaries, deeper trust in my inner knowing, and a stronger connection to what I desire and deserve without any guilt.

If you want to release old cycles, deepen self-love, and step into clarity, alignment, and embodied empowerment — then you are in the right place. Shay and her team are sacred, life-shifting guides. I am deeply grateful for this journey and wholeheartedly recommend her to women who are genuinely devoted to their healing, growing and becoming.

I’ve listened to Shay’s Facebook posts for a while before I decided to download and subscribe to the app. I like that the app starts off with some personal questions to help you learn more about yourself. I’ve only completed one course, but I like that’s it’s readily available to do when I have time and it gives me the opportunity to reflect on what she’s talking about and how it applies to my life. The course has given me things to think about such as what I want out of a partner and what kind of relationship I want. It challenges me to really think about my future and how I can invest in myself. Looking forward to trying more tools!

HerPocket Coach is phenomenal! It's one of a kind, accessible coaching available whenever you're in need of guidance, encouragement, or support. The courses are like unusual delicacies. Meaning subjects, topics that are rarely discussed or not even considered by other dating coaches. The app interface is very welcoming, soothing, and easy to navigate through. With a community chat where we encourage each other's journey along the way. I love Shay!

I have been apart of the program for over a year now and I do Enjoy the community. I love The meditations and the daily routine somehow aligns with my daily life issues so I am Able to understand everything instead of reverting back to old habits of self destruction and reacting with out clarity. My life has gotten better and my family also.

My experience with Shay's program has been absolutely amazing. I continue to have transformations and wins each day as I am pouring into myself utilizing the app and consistently implementing the program. I honestly cannot imagine who or where I'd be had I not taken a leap of faith and said yes to myself to transform my life. I knew that in order for me to be the person I always envisioned myself as I needed a program and a system to get me there. Shay's program is the best and there's no comparison, this is a holistic program that has helped me heal from past traumas, heal from low self worth and esteem, this program has allowed me to gain confidence in myself, and allowed me to rewrite the debilitating stories that I held about myself for so long. I am able to change my story to that of triumph. I now see myself and my future as magical, I am attracting and magnetizing love, opportunities, support, abundance everyday. This is just my opinion about the Shay better coaching LLC and staff ..I am cautioning people/women that when that are discussing with you on their classes and cost , do not allow any fast talking staff to move fast online to get you to sign any papers someday unless you get a contract from them and/or terms of condition information read it over CAREFULLY take at least a day or so to review it first before signing on the dotted line…if they insist you sign it the same day just know that it is a red flag and you need to reconsider if that particular program is right for you.. again this is just my opinion on my experience with them..I am now stuck with a $7900.00 loan by their chosen loan company to pay over a 3 year period it includes interest which is very high interest also, for from what I heard is $5000 for class for 3 months…and currently I still have no idea of class start date nor titles of class nor end date… I am feeling very ill over how fast talking people, moving quickly for you to sign papers same day can get you trapped for life time in debt and us consumers feeling pressure to sign the same day papers can quickly get you in debt messing up your life and livelihood and ability to enjoy your life..so I caution you to make sure you ask lots of questions before you sign any legal papers, make sure you review all papers, terms of conditions and all information you can get before you sign papers and please take at least 3 days to review it and even allow someone legal to review it so you make sure you understand what is at stake for you because an informed consumer can make the best decision for themselves, I wish I had known to do that before I signed on the dotted line, I wish to God I never knew of them and wish to God I never allowed myself to be pulled into this mess entanglement of enormous amount of debt for classes that I have no idea would be worth that amount of money... I want everyone to be careful and not end up in the debt and mess I find myself in current situation by signing something i really did not understand clearly and also you need to know before you sign if they state “No refund” and also if words are found that state “ absolutely no exceptions to refunds” once you see that you as a consumer please make the best informed decision for yourself.... I hope my review and opinion will help someone not make the biggest mistake of their life with regret of a bad financial decision that can truly mess up your life especially when you are a senior and you did not mean to get yourself into such heavy debt by signing papers and you really did not understand what you were signing up too and now find yourself trapped for few years owing money and possibly not receiving your monies worth. Good luck to you and I hope this helps you make sure you make an informed decision for any future signing your name to something or programs that can mess up your financial security that you have tried to build for yourself and family.

I recently had the blessing of Discovering Shay (tiktok, I think her user is shayyourlovediva) AKA Shay Your Love Diva, and I can say, unequivocally, that it was one of the best investments I've made in my LIFE! Shay's experience, knowledge and ability to coach changed my life and I don't think I will ever go back to the way I was. She helped me rediscover my femininity and heal my love blocks, to the point where I am effortlessly attracting men left and right, everywhere I go. This NEVER happened before. I never had men buy me gifts, treat me like I had seen my friends be treated. I never knew why but it was because I exuded masculine energy.

Shay's expertise in the field of dating and relationships is unparalleled. I thought the claims of her having a 98% success rate were just typical marketing but after attending one of her retreats and seeing before and afters and talking to the other attendees there, I don't believe there was even ONE woman there who wasn't over the moon with their results. Not only does she possess a deep understanding of the intricacies and complexities involved in modern dating, but she has a wealth of knowledge and strategies to share and 20 years of dating coaching under her belt. But the best part wasn't even the dating coaching and this is why I say she was worth every penny: I received a complete spiritual transformation and healing by just committing and following her recommendations. She mentioned that when a woman has Love Blocks, it affects EVERY area of her life. I can only say that once they were cleared after those 12 weeks, it was like I got out of my own way and the floodgates opened with blessings financially, energetically, with my kids. Shay's guidance has led to meaningful connections and positive dating experiences that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

I know this is getting a bit long so I'll end this by saying once again that working with Shay Your Love Diva was the best decision I ever made. Her expertise, personalized approach, supportive coaching style, effective communication, and tangible results make her services well worth the investment. And she wasn't cheap, but I wanted the best and I got the best without a doubt. If you want to know where you can be sure that you don't waste your investment, she's it. And we all deserve it because a lot of single women (and moms) are not used to placing a high priority on what is really the most priceless gift we can give ourselves and our kids by proxy.
