Superb customer service
Only placed an order yesterday so haven’t received the goods yet but if they are as good as the service to date then we’ll be very happy. Made an initial error with the order and Ross sorted things out for us immediately with no fuss and no delay.

I purchased a Keylite Loft Ladder (KYL08) from Yard. They were quick to respond to my questions and processed the order quickly too, with the ladder arriving a day earlier than estimated. The price was very competitive, even taking into account the P&P.
