I bought a roof window from Yard Direct which was competitively priced and their customer service is second to none! Great communication from the outset, and quick delivery. Unfortunately we had an issue with the window arriving damaged (through no fault of theirs) and they did all they could to get a replacement to me in one piece and as soon as possible. I highly recommend Yard Direct and won't hesitate to order from them again future.

Sapphy the dog was incredibly easy to deal with, great customer service and straight forward process.

Super friendly and helpful when i called to check on delivery date. Even called me back later same day cos id ordered the wrong type of blind for my window and changed it for me ☺️

Excellent Service

Excellent service from first phone call to final delivery

Velux windows at a great price, the website was easy to navigate and the windows I required easy to select by code for the sizes I required along with flashing kits.

The order was delivered as communicated, and the team were always reachable by phone to answer any questions.

If I had one minor thing that could do with improvement is the response to emails. Having contacted the team by email requesting an adjustment of my delivery date, I received no reply and the delivery was made on the original date.

This is the second time, so far, we have used Yard Direct. The order system is simple, the staff very helpful when needed, the product and delivery first class.
Oh and the prices are the lowest we could find.

Before ordering some velux blinds I asked what the delivery time was, I was told 13-15 days. Having made the purchase on that basis I have now learnt it will be over 30 days.

I’’m so glad we ordered again from you for our new house. The blackout blinds are fitted and look great but more to the point they cut out all the light so will use that function when needed.

I am still waiting for my order ID is 100053004.
The last communication was over a week ago saying “my order is progressing”.

A friendly and knowledgeable telephone chat confirmed my requirements and was followed up by an email link to the order page where I was able to make payment and have my order confirmed.
Excellent customer service.

Second to none on service, super quick to get through to and very helpful. I bought two Velux blinds, excellent price and service.

Having dealt with yard for several little at home projects, great communitation, great customer service, best pricing around!
Highly recommend

Great correspondence during the order process, however far too many emails received since point of order which are not all necessary.

£30 delivery charge and staggered delivery with the first package carelessly left on my door step in full view of anyone not even wrapped up or hidden.

Second part of delivery still a week away.
Not good enough to be honest!! Why am i paying £30 they’re not even heavy or big packages
