Customer Service is terrible. People with no knowledge and adequate training , giving you hard time and mess up.

B405 under first year warranty. Touch screen not working. Was told, tech would call with in 24 hr.
called back 4 days in a roll. Each time tech would call with in 24 hr. So far no response.
Didn't believe Xerox could have such a low service rating. I do Now!

If you need help with a xerox product that is your bad luck. It doesnt exist, they cant be bothered. Chat is no use and the agents dont respond. The manuals are wrong and advise menu procedures that dont exist.
They are not all the same... Yes canon stuff goes wrong as well but when it does they get back to you.

I own a Xerox B205 printer Scanner Copier. The machine is great, the software and support sucks. I installed a new router & configured the printer to a static IP address. Now I can print from 2 out of 3 PCs I use (the 3rd one only prints requested docs on rebooting). I cannot scan to any PC, am forced to scan to a USB drive. And Xerox is zero help.

I handle accounts payable for two local Schools which both have Xerox machines and the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with! I prefer to do business through email so I have a record of what was said. Its been 2 months now that I've been trying to sort out the account, I've been told three different amounts that we have a credit of on our account but yet they still send invoices in the mail, the Schools are also GST exempt and 50% of the invoices have GST charges on them, even though I've thoroughly explained being GST exempt. They keep charging late fees even though we have credit on the account. I've been in contact with several customer service employees and have continuously been given different answers, beyond frustrating!!

Terrible. Bought a Xerox Phaser for £250. It started saying error when printing and phoned customer services. Put me through to what sounded like a nightclub, people singing, dancing and screaming. Said they will send me an email with quote for advice, advice costs £400. Probably the most inefficient useless disgraceful company imaginable.

Je constate depuis des années que Xerox ont des pratiques de ventes très agressives à des pris très intéressants, malheureusement le SAV est inexistant !
Vous payer un contrat de maintenance et quand vous avez besoin d'un dépannage c'est la croix et la bannière ! C'est très particulier chez Xerox, leur maintenance n'est pas gérée par le revendeur comme toutes les autres marques, mais par Xerox directement via une plateforme en Roumanie qui ne fait rien !
En résumé, dans le monde de l'imprimante il y a Xerox et les autres, donc il faut tout acheter sauf XEROX !

Paid £18,000 for a versant 180 printer installed in March 2021.

According to Xerox it can handle 80,000 prints a month. I've done 10k clicks in 2 years from brand new & I'd say 90% of the sheets I had to throw away because the machine has HUGE issues with putting specs & dots in random places on the sheets. You can clean it meticulously, and replace everything from drums to toners & it will still ruin your paper.

I would NEVER trust this machine to print leaflets/flyers etc due to the above & I will never be able to use it for anything major so it's just been a total waste of money.

Today I spent 3 hours & about 50 sheets of paper to print 6 posters after a full clean of the machine & replacement consumables.

Also I've waited 3 weeks for parts which used to take 24 hours to arrive. How am I supposed to run a print business when I'm left without the ability to print anything?

I absolutely hate using the printer because I feel I was scammed so badly on it & every time I use it, I know there'll be an issue that will ruin my mood for the rest of the day.

I feel installing this printer was the biggest mistake of my life which has had severe consequences for not only my business but my mental health.

I basically have no business anymore because I can't print & I have no confidence anymore because I have no business.

My business was doing £70k turnover until I "upgraded" to this machine from a 550...now I get around £5k a year & the machine has drained all of my savings.

I can't even remove the machine from the property due to its size & weight.

This printer does things that you would not tolerate from a normal home printer that you bought in a store yet it has a huge price tag & weighs 600lb.

We have bought two Xerox printers the Workcentre 6515 and the Versalink C600. I am so astonished that a company with a name like Xerox can produce such rubbish printers! The initial tests prints looked convincing but on a daily basis utterly useless. Both printers are breakdown on a daily basis and keeping our IT company rather busy. Never again Xerox!

WorkCentre 6515 Total load of rubbish, this is the second one and I should of learned from the first but
Xerox were supposed to be the world leader but from what I have found out they have now got to be the worst. So if your looking for a printer steer well clear.

J’ai pas l’habitude de donner des avis en lignes

J’ai un contrat de réapprovisionnement de consommable automatique. Mais depuis le début du contrat ça n’a jamais fonctionné. Quand le niveau de cartouche proche de 0 alors que à distance pour Xerox est à 30/100.

Cela fait 3 ans que je demande de régler ce problème. Alors personne ne le règle. Les techniciens disent que tout fonctionne bien , alors que je dois commander tout le temps au dernier moment les cartouches par téléphone.

C’est comme ci on vous dit votre télé marche très bien , sans aucun problème, alors que vous n’arrivez jamais à l’allumer.

Et je tourne en rond entre les techniciens, le hotline, le concessionnaire , même le patron de la concession me disait qu’il allait régler ce problème, mais où êtes vous M.le Patron?

Client depuis plus de 7 ans , j’avais un commercial qui était réactif et sympathique. Mais il est parti. Donc maintenant, jamais dans ma vie je ne retravaillerai avec Xeroboutique et Xerox.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Owned 6 of their large printers for our office for a 3 year contract. Countless issues including daily paper jams, blocked sensors, inaccurate colours and poor quality prints.

Not only were the printers terrible but the support team couldn't even resolve some simple issues relating to our cloud printing. Complete money pit and poor excuse for a "corporate leader in printing".

If you have the chance do NOT go with Xerox and go to some local suppliers. Their contracts are no better and have some ridiculous charges and penalties for leaving early.

Xerox... never again.

Je ne donnerai 0 étoile même si je pouvais, à fuir ! On appelle pour être dépanner et non ils font rien la demande n'est pas assez clair ou c'est pas de leur ressort 🤦‍♀️. Et en plus ils parlent mal.

Purchased a C405DN in January 2020 due to its impressive features and increasing office workload. Worked well for the first 13 months and then the scanner broke (A very common issue as i later found out).

The scanner portion is not even available to buy anywhere as a spare part for repairs but even if it was, it costs more than the printer itself.

The "lifetime" warranty was useless as you are required to purchase a full set off toners annually (whether you need them or not) in order to retain the warranty. I obviously did not want to part with around £800.00 for the toners therefore the "lifetime" warranty expired.

since then I have used the printer for printing only. Last week it decided to die completely. It started throwiing various random errors and would not print. I powered it off thinking a restart might do the trick but now its just stuck in a reboot loop. It gets to the boot splash screen and reboots over and over again (been like that since a week).

This printer is a very expensive doorstop. I beg anyone considering xerox printers to re-think and save themselves a whole load of misery (and cash).

Customer service is almost non-existent. When you do get through most of the advice given is "power it off then on again"

Xerox you have made the lives of many people and mine a misery. But never mind.... you have our money eh.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We purchased a number Xerox printers and scanners for our company and they have been nothing but trouble. Many of the problems are very minor (e.g. changing admin passwords, setting page size for printing) but they cannot be changed by the user and require an expensive service contract with Xerox to fix. The printers and scanners are set up for use in the US not UK which compounds the problem. Avoid at all cost.

If their products are anything to go by....absolute thieves. Heed my words. DO NOT BUY

My account is current...has been for years. I get annoying collection calls literally every day for invoices that are less than 2 weeks old. It's intrusive, annoying, spam calling if you ask me. What a complete waste if money and totally unprofessional conduct from a company like Xerox. Are you kidding me?? Horrible management

UNRELIABLE PRINTER B210

Utterly terrible service - fobbed off and passed from person to person, promised I would be called back, that printer would be fixed by the end of the day - never called back, managers unhelpful - I called Amazon (where I bought the printer from) and they refunded my money immediately and paid fro return postage. The printer, B210 laser, printed nice quality - when it worked! Constant problems with wifi, AirPrint, USB connection etc - stay clear of this awful product and company.

I'm only giving Xerox 1 star because I cant give it zero.
My WorkCentre 3345 decided I wasn't going to scan anymore. I found that the scan option in the internet services has been inexplicably turned off. Only I use this machine and I didn't do this. I cant turn it back on without the code for administrator which is Admin 1111 but is not recognised. I didn't change this either. I spoke to two of Xerox "Customer Services" people who couldn't help and took my details and said someone would call me back. Nobody did. I called again and spoke to another two people and the second one said that they would have to send an engineer to my house at my expense as this machine is out of warranty (18 months old). I am never buying Xerox again and I will be telling all my colleagues not to buy Xerox.
