I ordered the cuddle duck, I was very disappointed with it as it looked more like a seagull, I know the mum to be would agree! Asked for a refund and was told it wasn't possible! As it was heavily discounted product( news to me) as it was £25:00..Hugely disappointed with company policy and product! Think before you order from this company! Expensive mistake.

The cutest jumper and I love that it’s a bit over sized and stretchy, so it will last him a bit longer than other clothing! Beautifully made. I will be purchasing another one when he outgrows this one, thank you 🥰

Ordered what I thought was quality cotton items.
It’s actually thin fabric, poorly made Chinese products. Customer service is just AI circular responses.
If it was once an Australia company it’s sold out now.

Ordered personalised jumper (fair enough made mistake of ordering wrong size) emailed within 10mins of order to ask if the size could be amended…AI response to say can’t be changed as order already acknowledged…replied and said as so soon after surely it could be changed…waited days for response and convoluted reply suggested it had been changed but order eventually arrived and is wrong size. So frustrating as could easily have been rectified but now I have an item that is wasted and can’t be returned as personalised. So poor…lost another customer as had previously bought for my older child

Absolutely awful experience. They ship from China with some jenky shipping service. My package has been en route for WEEKS and their team has not been helpful at all. I never leave reviews, but I am hoping to help someone avoid this experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I love my purchases from wyld bub! I initially bought a personalised jumper as a gift for a friend after seeing an ad and absolutely loved it so much I came back and purchased another 8 times, including one for my baby. The quality of the jumper is amazing, it's lasted so long! Because of the oversized fit it looked great when my baby was a newborn but still fits and looks good 9 months later! That is unheard of with baby clothes. I buy these now for every new baby and their parents love them, they're such special and personal gifts and I know they will last wash after wash just like mine has. These jumpers are now my go-to gift for new parents!

I purchased the baby carrier it’s so comfy and lightweight, I love it and my baby seems to love it too! I take my baby everywhere in it.

This brand is advertised as a family run buisness and states it his handmade. This item was shipped from china. The duck has fur in the bag and not safe to be near a baby. You have to pay to return the item yourself too. It cannot even be resold as it is falling a part. I am very disapointed as this item was on my daughters wish list for a long time.
