Quand même bien déçue
Fan à la vue des articles sur le site, je commande. Deux bémols:
- le pull Gaël est joli s’abîme très vite. Les mailles sont tirées dès le premier jour porté.
-Produits fabriqués en Chine. J’essaie d’acheter français…

Vrai coup de cœur
J’ai commandé un pull personnalisable ainsi qu’une veste bouclette chez eux et je suis absolument ravie !
Les articles sont magnifiques, les finitions parfaites et la qualité vraiment au rendez-vous. Le pull personnalisé est encore plus beau en vrai !!

I couldn’t be happier with my order…
I couldn’t be happier with my order from Milk&Wool. The clothes are absolutely gorgeous and feel so soft on my little one’s skin. Delivery was spot on and the packaging felt really thoughtful. Customer service was brilliant too so polite and quick to respond. Honestly, it’s rare to find a shop that ticks all the boxes, but this one truly does. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I highly recommend Milk and Wool without hesitation
I’ve already placed several orders and I’m always so happy with my purchases! The clothes are adorable and of good quality. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews everything is clearly mentioned on the website, from the fabric to the production details. And let’s be realistic at these prices, you can’t expect pure cashmere for €29… it’s just common sense!
On top of that, the customer service is truly lovely and always helpful. I highly recommend Milk and Wool without hesitation !!!

Täuschende Produktdarstellung – Finger weg!
Ich habe Babykleidung über diesen Onlineshop bestellt, da sie auf der Website als hochwertig und exklusiv dargestellt wurde. Die Realität sah leider ganz anders aus: Die Ware war von extrem schlechter Qualität und eindeutig Billigware aus China – genau dieselben Produkte findet man auf Temu für rund 6 CHF.
Ich fühle mich als Kundin ganz klar getäuscht. Es wurde weder ehrlich über die Herkunft noch über die Qualität der Artikel informiert. Das ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern meiner Meinung nach grenzwertig betrügerisch.
Ich habe den Shop bereits kontaktiert und fordere eine vollständige Rückerstattung sowie die Übernahme der Rücksendekosten. Sollte keine Lösung angeboten werden, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – hier wird mit dem Vertrauen von Eltern gespielt.
