Very responsive and genuinely developer-friendly team
I contacted the WeatherAPI.com team while introducing an experimental open-source weather project. Their response was thoughtful, friendly and genuinely useful. They took the time to understand the project and offered helpful information without any pressure to purchase a service. A very positive developer-support experience.

I've had a good experience using World Weather Online. The weather forecasts are usually accurate, and the website is easy to navigate. I like that it provides all the information I need in a clear and simple way. It's been helpful for planning my daily activities, and I would happily recommend it to others looking for a reliable weather service.

Inaccurate forecast information and they don't care
Their forecast data is wildly inaccurate and when you repeatedly try to tell them about it they do absolutely nothing and then have the gall to ask you if you are still having issues. They ignore their customers. They just want to close the ticket and move on. I would have been satisfied with a thank you for letting us know; we'll look into that. Athar Ahmad, the CEO of the company, is the most lazy, dishonest, and unethical person I have ever encountered in business.

It feels like a scam website
I bought a historical weather dataset from their website where I paid the amount. I did not receive anything from their side through mail ( I even checked spam). However, I tried contacting them through their support mail as well as website. Till now have not received even a single mail from their side at least showing any updates regarding the process or anything. Don't go for this website. It feels like a scam.

Terrible customer service
We used the forecast from World Weather Online and it was wrong most of the time and a few degrees off. Also the customer service has been terrible. Often we had to remind them a few times before we got a respons. Would not recommend to anyone.

Incorrect tide data
I had an issue with incorrect tide data on a Garmin watch. A quick email to support and 24hrs later the issue was resolved. Great stuff
