As soon as I saw this message I contacted Janet and arranged an express replacement which arrived half way around world in just 2 days. Sadly, Janet has not updated her review to reflect the level of service I offer my valued customers where issues arise. Sad to see a solitary star in an ocean for more glowing reviews - but what ca you do?
Perfect gift for a formula 1 fan
I was a little worried ordering something from another country but know my husband would love this. Item came in on a timely manner and it was exactly how it was described online. The owner Chris was super helpful and attentive when I asked questions.

Thank you for the 4 stars despite delivery delays. This is certainly taking longer to reach you than it should normally but, having spoken with the courier, i'm assured it is nearly with you.
Customs fee's are a real pain since 'Brexit' but from 2023 I will have in place a system to collect taxes and checkout once again for all EU countries. This will make deliveries faster and avoid charges on import altogether.
Fast response to my question

5/5 can’t rate them high enough!
The product I ordered is a gift and it’s absolutely perfect. Looks as if it’s made to a really high quality, the box it’s placed in is lovely, which is perfect as I can gift it in this. Customer service to answer my query was brilliant. Postage was great, can’t rate the company high enough. Would definitely order from here again! Thank you

Disappointing to see. Particularly as Stefano didn't get in touch to tell me items were damaged in transit which would have meant replacements sent straight away. Stefano also hasn't replied to my e-mails attempting to resolve this so... what can you do?! And with regard to customs declarations; everything is done properly with correct values declared. It is always the importers responsibility to ensure they understand tax implications where it is not collected at checkout. This is also detailed on my website, shipping policy and the order confirmation.
All in all, I feel this 1 star is more a reflection on the buyer than the exceptional level of service you would receive should you get in touch!!
