World Race Circuits Anmeldelser

I absolutely love the wall art I purchased from World Race Circuits. It is stunning, beautifully made, and looks wonderful on my wall.

Unfortunately, their communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing. I sent two emails in June to both of the email addresses provided and received no response. I have also contacted them through Instagram, Facebook, and even Etsy, but I have still received absolutely no feedback.

I understand that businesses can get busy, but receiving no response across several different platforms is extremely frustrating, especially as I have a genuine query about a previous purchase. It is such a shame because I truly love their products, but the complete lack of communication has negatively affected my overall experience.

Order placed on 10/04, emailed three times for an update and had no response.

Extremely poor service.

Excellent quality product, delivered very quickly.
The perfect gift for my F1 loving grandson

Son was so happy! They look great. Track names could be clearer - you have to look really closely to spot them.

They were a gift for my F1 loving wife. They came really quickly in a very nice box. They were very easy to install, and look amazing on the wall.

Great company amazing communication and very helpful my partner loved the racing tracks

Excellent quality and fast delivery. The perfect gift for any BSB enthusiast. Recommend to a friend already and would do again over and over.
Just brilliant tracks.

I ordered 2 sets of mini F1 circuits with hours of each other. I've received one. This has been flagged with the company who advised they'd resolve the issue. 2nd order now fully received before Christmas. Thank you

We were delighted with the product. When it was delivered it was missing the mounting tape; however, after a couple of email reminders the problem was solved.

Really great product. I bought the full set of tracks as a present. They came in a very nice box and the tracks themselves are really nice and well made. I bought the matte black ones and they look awesome.

Item ordered 11th November and still not received

Update 08.12.2025 - Company reached out 29th Nov and offered either refund or upgraded item. I gratefully accepted the upgrade but not heard anything since despite following up. No refund and no item… very disappointing
Update 11.01.2026 - two months on still radio silence… so disappointed
Update 27.01.2026 - I have finally received the product, an apology and a refund. Appreciate small businesses get overwhelmed over the festive period but communication is key. Glad to have this resolved.

Excellent quality product very fast delivery

Amazing company. Superb customer service and products!

Ordering was easy and package was delivered securely and packaged very well. The medium race circuits are well made, however a bit smaller than expected. I appreciate the size was on the listing however I think medium size should be a bit bigger for the price paid. All in all good product which my father loved for his birthday

Arrived quickly, exactly as described! Great service

This has made the best birthday gift for my Formula 1 mad husband..

Quick delivery, excellent quality product even down to the packaging. Perfect gift to put away for Christmas

Couldn't ask for more. Great service, communication and products

Excellent product - delighted recipient

Absolutely brilliant service, changed my mind after delivery and exchanged to a larger size of the BSB circuits.
Couldn't be more helpful and sent out exchange straight away!
Highly recommend 😊
