Best guitar setup
Had my guitar set up at World of Music recently, the turnaround was so quick and it plays and sounds better than it ever has before - the team are so experienced, they sorted out the action/intonation and fixed the buzzy frets - thank you so much!

It took far too long
It took far too long. Whilst I have received many notifications the product is on its way I still have not received it. It seems like the product was not in stock after all and had to be ordered from the supplier. Then why say it's available? I ordered other items from other suppliers on the same day and have received all of them within days but I am still waiting for your item to take the slow ship from wherever the he'll you ordered it from.

Thanks for your feedback. At the time of your order, the item you ordered was listed as 'pre-order available' which necessitates special ordering of the item from the Australian distributor. This was communicated via text message along with an estimated 5-10 business day ETA, considering we were awaiting the arrival of the shipment from the distributor.
Although today is the 10th business day, the item is currently in transit to you and should arrive by the end of this week. Apologies for the slight delay in your order.
