Store staff very helpful
Store staff very helpful. My online order of a vdrums kit was delayed coming directly from Roland's warehouse. Staff from world of music helped allot and I was able to come and pick up from the store in order to receive the kit in time for my son's birthday. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond!

Unbelievable deal on Boss SDE3000EVH
I’ve been a customer previously but not for some time. While looking for competitive details on my next purchase, these guys smashed it. Up to $150 cheaper! Add great customer service and prompt delivery, what else could you ask for?

I was told my order was going to be 1-2…
I was told my order was going to be 1-2 weeks on the 6th December. I received it on the 27th December. It wasn’t sent until I followed it up.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your order. December is always a tricky time with suppliers and couriers going into overdrive but I do apologise there was a slight delay in us receiving the Pre-order into the store. I did look into the shipping time and coincidentally we had already booked the stand for shipping only an hour before you texted asking for an update. Australia Post do generate tracking info on our behalf which is emailed out so that should have gone through to your inbox at the time we booked it in, apologies if that was missed. As a show of good faith I have just put through a refund for the shipping portion of your order.

So Far, so good
So far experience has been excellent. Bought a ‘package’ but one component not available. Everything else dispatched promptly and arrived in good time in excellent condition. Hoping last piece will arrive likewise once it is ‘in stock’ from manufacturer.
