This company is seriously so terrible. NEVER EVER GET YOURSELF INTO IT. Their website is the worst website I've ever used. It is impossible to book a week of vacation. The last several nights my family and I have been taking turns getting up at 1am when their page refreshes to try and book a simple vacation to Hawaii, but right away everything is full and if we happen to get a spot, it will kick us out, even though we have a timer saying we have 15min to finish the payment, and by the time we try again, it's full and we have to try this process again the next night.

We have also had awful experiences with some of the workers being over aggressive in trying to make us sign/join another deal with worldmark. I cannot wait until we never have to deal with this company ever again.

NOT USER FRIENDLY. They need to get their act together and make it possible for a family to plan a trip a year in advance without all these issues. Not to mention their customer service is a joke.

I am so sad I am a Worldmark owner, especially for the last three years.
I hope I am able to post pictures because I will prove my last three waiting times by trying to call: 1hr11mins 3 secs; 1hr 02 mins 26 secs; and today 1 hour plus!

I hope that anyone who reads this is made aware of the questionable business practices WorldMark by Wyndham is engaging in. Unfortunately for me I have been associated as a timeshare owner with WorldMark since 2001 and all I can say is that they are master manipulators, highly skilled in the art of deceiving people. Even as an owner I was constantly hounded to attend “owner meetings” which are just a trap to get you to upgrade. What WorldMark has done to me is they have “upgraded” me to the point where what I’m paying for isn’t worth the return. At one point I was told by a salesman that I never had to upgrade again but it that was a blatant lie! Their salespeople are very unprofessional and rude. There have been instances where I was sexually harassed during sales meetings, and they are aware of it. Reservation availability is horrible and it’s a nightmare trying to book a reservation when you actually want to vacation. All the debt and headaches are not worth it. With the flat out lies, the deceitful sales methods and overall lack of professionalism I have had enough of WorldMark. I called them to inquire about buy back information, but nothing came of it. What they told me in those sales meetings was all smoke and mirrors, they were only trying to get me to commit to giving them more money and they trap me into a contract. They have failed to keep their promise to me for many years! I can’t warn people enough, STAY AWAY FROM WORLDMARK TIMESHARES!!!

We've been a member of Worldmark for over 15 years and use it every year. Prior to Wyndham taking over I would have rated it 5 stars. The resort sites are nice, the help at the resorts very friendly. What has drastically changed is online customer service. It has gone from 5 stars to 0 stars. You can do less with the new online site which is not as functional as the old Worldmark site, you cannot easily cancel and get your credits back and you have to call customer service. I offered my services as a techie free to fix it but no response.
We have called customer service in the past, prior to the latest Wyndham change and never had to wait more than 45 min to an hour on the phone. Last week the wait time was over 3 hours to get through.

Today, a Tuesday 5/31, my wife has been on the phone waiting 7 hours, since the morning,she did not hang up , they simply DO NOT ANSWER. I tried a second phone and that one has been waiting 3 hours. If you post a comment on their FB or Twitter site they remove it, so they have time to delete t that but not to hire people to answer the phones. A shame, they really have screwed up customer service.

I wish I could rate zero. I went for a time share meeting. I listened for an hour or so. The first guy that helped me was nice and shared helpful information. He was very nervous though because of his boss and the fact he didn't have a license to sell the time shares. I meet his manager. Same answer from me, I need time to think about it. They finally allow me to leave. I use the restroom & head to the elevator and manager of the first guy runs up to me and screams "YOU NEED TO FILL OUT THIS SURVEY OR WE WILL BE IN TROUBLE WITH OUR BOSS". Trying to be patient and nice, I follow them back to the conference cube. THEN- This old man (THE BOSS) runs up to the table with a blank sheet of paper and scribbles a bunch of numbers like a toddler and basically said I could have the best time share free for two years, he just needed X amount of money paid at the moment. Excuse me sir, F NO! I am not being scammed. He ripped up all the papers in front of me like a fool. Old man, probably in his 80s, bright white hair, confident and mean. Don't remember his name but he is nuts. This was a **** show.

WorldMark is a total scam and there should be class action law suits against them. New website does not work with multitasking error. No one answers phone at the help desk. I am so frustrated. Old website was basic but at least it works. Worldmark as a company is incompetent. Their staff are greedy, manipulative liars. They sell more than 100x over their actually inventory. Calling them a scam or Ponzi scheme would be a compliment. Save your $ and frustration, stay away!!!

Learn from my experience and do not do business with Wyndham! The sales staff are all lying, money hungry, leeches. They will tell you anything to make a sale. Truth is irrelevant to them and none of them understand what NO means.

Here are some of the lies they told me: This is an investment property. It is not, there is no value or real property. Wyndham is exclusive. False, you can buy points online and use them just like owners do. Our kids could benefit from the timeshare after we die. Technically, yes, but they did not tell me that the kids would have to pay for the maintenance fees that always go up. With RCI, we could book 7-day vacations for a total of $149. Nope! That was never a real offer. The minimum price is $289. Fake “one-time” deals. The salesman said if we came back the next day, our package would be almost $10,000 more.

Do not go to owner updates either. Those are also high-pressure sales meetings to make you upgrade. Oddly enough, they ALWAYS offer “one-time” deals. Don’t let them make a fool of you and stick you with THOUSANDS in debt.

I can't log into website, when I say reset password and it says email sent, no email is sent. I cannot chat with anyone, and I just sat on hold for over 2 hrs and finally got someone, they started to pull up my account then hung up on me. Is this company going under or what. All the reviews I'm seeing are the same as mine and I can't get anyone to help me to simply log in. In the past I can't even get reservations they are always booked unless it is 1 yr in advance. HELP ME!! What do I do.

I have been a Worldmark timeshare owner for years and up until recently, the service was ok. Lately, their customer service SUCKS!!!!! They have ridiculously long wait times to talk to someone on the phone. I have waited for up to 2 hours to speak with someone. Their website is just as bad. If I could book on their website, I wouldn't need to call them. But online booking doesn't work and hasn't since they changed to their new system. When you are able to reach someone, it's someone in the Philippines. Nothing against the Philippines, but when I call, I expect to talk with someone local since the company is based here.
In order to book, it usually takes more than 1 call to get what I need because availability is also limited. I have been so frustrated that I want to get rid of my timeshare and be done with the company. In general, I could just pay out of pocket for hotels, considering the fees, housekeeping, maintenance through Worldmark. WORLDMARK BY WYNDHAM IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION.

Going out to all my TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and social networking friends. This will continue weekly until Worldmark responds. I don’t expect anything due to poor customer/member service unless they are trying to get you as a new member. Buyer beware!!
Worldmark by Wydham steals from its longtime members. Elizabeth & Clay Hawkes had been World mark members for over 20 years until 2022. The Hawkes family could no longer afford rising fees and were offered a limited exit of 35 cents/point. 3 days after the offer, the Hawkes family decided to take the offer and Worldmark responded by sending the incorrect paperwork. The Hawkes family trusted Worldmark and signed the paperwork, which legally exited them from Worldmark without any compensation. According to Maria in Worldmark’s exit department, this is common practice!
Worldmark has stolen $7,000.00 from the Hawkes family at a time in their lives when this money was very badly needed. We will try to make this information available to anyone considering membership or trying to leave Worldmark by Wydham. You would say its common knowledge nobody enjoys being HARRASSED, well Wyndham doesn’t understand common human decency, because oh they sure do love to HARASS US! Being lied to and pressured into purchasing a timeshare wasn’t enough for them, they must continue by harassing us. Since making this purchase it has not only brought an incredible negative impact on our lives, but also has taken a toll on my mental health. We have been tricked into purchasing timeshare ownership with Wyndham. Anytime we travel, they force us to attended ridiculous sales presentation that were well over 4 hours, and the entire time they just scammed us without us even knowing it. All the sales reps are all playing the perpetrating the same scam and just trying to get people to get VIP status, all they are worried about is making that commission, and they don’t care if they lie or cheat people out of money. This entire scam has caused me emotional damage and I had to go on disability at work due to the amount of stress of not being able to make payment, I cry my eyes out just knowing all the debt these salespeople have caused my family. It is sad how you allow this to continue Mr. Brown, all these salespeople are doing is scamming owners and preying on gullible people and pressuring them with lies and broken promises.

I’ve been a Worldmark owner for 15+ years I was lied to on day one I am still getting lied to at this time. The maintenance fees are somehow legally robbing people If you’re thinking about buying in my advice would be don’t do it don’t do it don’t do it and don’t do it

Why would any company that charges the money Worldmark charges for ownership and dues, believe it is acceptable to have their members wait on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and counting, to speak with Customer Service to TRY to ask questions about a reservation???? I find this absolutely abhorrent, and unacceptable. Is this how the company feels about its members?? Are we just a number that they receive very high dues and fees from??? After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting, I just HUNG UP!!! It was an hour of total frustration that turned to anger! I have heard for 2 years that the Customer Service will be improving. I DO NOT believe it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE customer service. My grandparents have been members for at least 20 years. After my grandmother passed, my grandfather continued to use the account until he passed December 2021. I notified them of his death immediately and we have been trying to cancel the account for 4 months. After they FINALLY accepted all the paperwork required, I was told I still have to go through the cancellation/exit process. This process requires me to submit further paperwork and can take 2-3 months to process. Also, they continue to charge until the account is cancelled and I will be required to pay all dues/fees in order for them to cancel. Our family member has passed away and we just want to settle his estate. He has always paid and been up to date on his account and they continue to try and get more money after he has passed. This is disgusting and I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with such a tactless company.

Having signed up with this company over 13 years ago and very pleased that we did not sign up for over $20,000.00 which is what they would have liked. Due to the situation with Covid over the past 2 years and fees still being taken out of bank account and no one was allowed to holiday we have decided to go back to this company and discontinue this membership. Be VERY AWARE if you decide to discontinue paying monthly fees there will be NO REFUND to you. These companies all sound good and the hard sell DON'T get sucked in. There is no refund given to you at all so they just take the money that you have first invested. Much easier to book a holiday for when you want to travel. So as we are both seniors this money could have come in very handy at this stage of our lives.

Welcome to Wyndham Vacations where they specialize in misleading, dishonesty, and deceiving their guests, where one can thrive at being a con artist. THEY ARE A JOKE! My wife and I have had a terrible journey with them for over 16 years, it’s a nightmare we can’t seem to wake up from. We were tricked into purchasing a timeshare under false pretenses, since the start it’s been one big fat SCAM, always selling more and more points dragging you into more debt, they know the key words to tell guest to trick them into buying, all I’m saying if you get approached by a timeshare sales rep just ignore them and keep on with your day. Oh, and if anyone is visiting Branson, MO and you are approached by a salesman named Mitch…scream and run. I am telling you this from firsthand experience, he acts like he cares, and he tells you he’s “Not” a salesperson and warning you “not to speak to any salespeople” meanwhile he’s the most deceiving of them. All he did for us was drag us into a hole of debt…STAY AWAY!

I have never disliked a company more than Wyndham. I have only dealt with them for a few months. But it’s truly been a miserable experience. My wife and I went to a presentation and heard all these wonderful things about the vacation package (they said it was NOT a timeshare). We decided to take the dive and found out later that it was all different than we had been promised during the sale. I read other horrific reviews of Wyndham and found that our situation was quite similar to others. We fell for the same scam most people here did. It looks like Wyndham has a habit of not disclosing fees or telling people that their family will inherit the TIMESHARE, and not allowing the contracts to be cancelled even when THEIR salespeople are negligent. I hope this saves someone else from the frustration the rest of us have endured.

Jack Beattie WorldMark has done me wrong, and I have had it! I signed a contract with them in October 2021 and tried to cancel multiple times within the cancellation period, as is my legal right. After certified letters and calls, I still have this timeshare I don't want! My wife and I were lied to all during the presentation, and when we thought about what was said, things did not add up, leading to our cancellation request. The WorldMark sales employees packed on pressure to upgrade for 4 hours, telling us about the great real estate investment we were making. There is o real estate, and if they said that, I would not have signed in the first place. Our saleswomen also tried to gullt us by saying if we cancelled, she'd lose her job. She wanted our sympathy but never disclosed important information that has had a detrimental impact on us, like the interest rate. That's a true artist!

Wyndham is complete garbage! Nothing but lies and deception from the start! DO NOT BUY WYNDHAM TIMESHARES. Beware of the false promises and outright fraudulent lies. The sales team deceived me by telling me that I was buying actual property in Hawaii when indeed, their timeshares are worthless and nothing more than a giant, costly burden. They went as far as to say that buying a unit with them and renting it out will allow you to make passive income. What a load of BS! They will say anything to get you to sign their timeshare contracts! No matter how many times we declined, their salesmen would not take NO for an answer. They are a despicable company for not being truthful about the TRUE COST of their junk timeshares! You end up paying an ASTRONOMICAL price for something you can get at a fraction of the price online. Their availability is the worst! Good luck booking anywhere you actually want to stay! Their entire timeshare scheme is fraudulent. Wyndham timeshares will ruin you financially. Read what others are saying about them! They clearly have a HUGE problem with their truth in lending practices but somehow get away with it through legal loopholes and strong-arm contracts! What does it say about a company who practically forces you to open a credit card to pay them? IT MEANS IT’S A RIP OFF!!!! SHAME ON WYNDHAM! I will continue to EXPOSE these deceptive sales practices!
