Wizard Labels Anmeldelser

Vanessa greatly assisted me with getting labels printed up. She was super accommodating and always helpful answering all of my many questions. Prices are great too :)

I have been using Wizard Labels for about 18 months and couldn't be happier with them.

The labels themselves are great, I've tried another company more locally and I don't know what different BOPP materials are out there, but the Wizard Label ones are superior. I get soft-touch matte and it has a great texture to it and doesn't scratch easily, which was my problem with the other company I tried.

On top of that, the customer service is wonderful. Gloria is my go-to for any questions or concerns, she is incredibly helpful, kind and patient. I have also had people from the production team reach out to double check a variable I had on a new label (a detail that I would have thought would go overlooked, easily!) before running production, and gave me options if I didn't want to proceed with my original request.

Having as many SKUs as I do, having professional labels has only been achievable because they offer volume discount on same size/cut labels with different designs. Amazing.

Also - production and shipping is super fast! I received this last order in 5 days and I'm in Canada.

Truly, thank you Wizard Labels! I love your team, love your product, I tell everyone I can about you. You've got a customer for life! :)

The printed label quality is excellent and they were produced and delivered quickly.

Amazing product. It came out beautifully, definitely will be a return customer.

Amazing product!

Great service and quality

This company used to have a fantastic turnaround time. Unfortunately, it was the most unreliable printer I have experienced. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. I received an order with a significant printing error, which has taken over 15 (8 business days) to redo. This is twice their current lead time. Their old lead time was guaranteed to be two business days. Not even close anymore.

If your business makes an error, it is important to have a sense of urgency to rectify it. Unreliable business = no business

I've ordered several times from Wizard labels. Great high quality labels.

I appreciate the ability of having design variations to help bring down the cost per unit.

Great customer service and easy ordering.

This was a very quick and efficient process. The staff was very communicative and delivered a great product that fit my needs.

I ordered front and back pouch packaging labels, as well as individual packet labels for our instant coffee. The overall product quality and turnaround time were excellent. I look forward to placing my next order.

On time and deliver perfect!!!!

The labels were easy to order once we got the right artwork and they helped us thru the process as we are new to this. When they arrived, we were amazed at the quality. The satin finish is beautiful. My husband had been a commercial printer for over 20 years and he said that the paper is high quality and they printed perfectly.

We have been printing our own labels for years and these are so much nicer and MUCH more professional looking. The quality far surpasses the value. Will be ordering from them over and over and over! No more printing ourselves.

Easy ordering process, great looking labels, and fast delivery at a good value. What more could you ask for!

Excellent turnaround time. Thanks

I am very satisfied with my label printing order.
I was sceptical that the labels would turn out so well considering the price I paid.
The color of the print is perfect , the material used to print the labels I am impressed with , and I was afraid that my QR code being so small on the label would not work but it works perfectly on all three label designs.
I am very pleased with Wizard ❤️

Always fantastic quality, and great turnaround time. Significantly cheaper than our old provider and just as durable, if not better!

Not only were the custom labels perfect, but the website was easy to navigate, the labels were easy to create, their material selection was fantastic (and their descriptions super clear), AND they nailed the proof on the first go-around. After trying many (like, MANY) different custom label creation websites for my business, I can confidently say that I've finally found the best. Great job, Wizard Labels! See you soon!

Ashley and everyone involved with recreating our honey labels that we could no longer get, did an amazing job. Above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend.
