Helps my savings

I’ve had a billing problem for almost 2 years, I called them at least once a month. They promised the problem will be taken care of. It’s never been taken care of. Customer service is horrible. No one will take ownership and see the problem through.

Lower monhly bills and a budget I can afford

I was a Nexamp customer for about 1.5 years and then we moved. I couldn't just transfer my account to the new address, I had to reaply once we moved. When we reaplied, there was no effort on my part. I don't know why I had to reaply and not just transfer my account in whole.

I liked the fact that we still get the 10% savings. Nexamp is keeping their word and not changing the savings percentage.

I'd love to rank you guys 5* but I've yet to see any discounts on my National Grid bill or see any invoices from Nexamp. You sent this survey too untimely.

I'm saving money! solar energy is a green way to go, so what is better?

I like the way Nexamp explains to you after signing up every thing that is happening with your solar farm and what to expect. They also tell you about your credits you will receive and how to pay your bill with them. They also explain you will have more credits in summer than in the winter months. They also have Videos to watch about the solar farms

It's great that I can receive a discount from them. It was easy to sign up for it too.

Nexamp made it easy for me to sign up and join them for solar savings! I really like the idea of part of my electric supply and 15% back on my bill is very appealing.
