I ordered and payed at 17th of May. 2 months now I haven't received anything!!!! Of course after 2 months now I called my bank and want my money back. I regret not to call before.

Wituka has only emails and no phones to communicate.
They said that had issues with the delivery!!! I gave a delivery address IN a hotel with 24 hours reception, in a supburb of a city and of course have phone number etc !!!!!!!!!!

2 MONTHS from Spain to Greece!!!!!!!

If I could give minus rate of course I could give. Hope to get my money back imidiatel.
It's not a company it's a fraud.
Not buy anything form them.

Necesito un cambio de talla, he procedido como me indicaron y ahora no obtengo respuesta. No contestan por correo ni whatsapp cuando han pasado ya más de 10 días. No lo recomiendo para nada en absoluto.

The designs are nice, but the fit is terrible. I ordered three t-shirts that were supposed to have the same cut, but all of them were different – especially around the neck and overall fit. The return process has been an absolute nightmare. It's been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I even had to send photos to prove that the t-shirts were not identical. Definitely not ordering again.

Ik heb 6 tshirt s gekocht. 2 in Gerona , ik was heel tevreden. Ik zag dan dat de keten ook een winkel had in Brugge. Dus ik kocht er nog 4, om mee te doen op reis. Bij thuiskomst gewassen, en 2 ervan gans in vlekken van de kleur dat afgaat. Ik naar de winkel in Brugge terug, bediend in het Engels, alhoewel we in België zijn!!! En nee, ze vragen ticket van aankoop. Wie spaart nu een ticket van tshirt. Toch zeker geen 2 maanden. Tis geen tv hè!!!!!!.
Heel jammer, want het zijn wel leuke shirts.

Zeer slecht, t shirts nooit ontvangen en reageren ook niet meer op mail, weggegooid geld!!!!!!!!!

Superb! Expect a delivery time longer than -let’s say- Zalando (was sent to Belgium). But it’s worth the wait. Best quality/price there is!

Compré unas sudaderas hace 10 días y no las recibí. No responden a los mails ni al WhatsApp.
La atención al cliente es nula. Muy mala experiencia

Ho fatto un ordine di 4 capi a metà maggio, ad oggi 19 giugno non ho ancora ricevuto nulla nè è stato spedito nulla (lo si vede dallo stato dell'ordine). ho scritto alla mail ben 10 volte ma non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro, l'addebito sulla carta di credito però c'è. Ho già fatto 5 ordini con loro, mai nessun problema, ma questa volta almeno una risposta mi sembra il minimo

I bought 3 shirts over a month ago and never received them. If I don't contact them to find out that, according to them, DHL lost my package, they don't notify me. Later, I asked for a cancellation and my money back, and I received a message saying that it was done, but they only paid me for 1 shirt. I've written twice to ask questions and nothing. They completely ignored me. All the messages exchanged so far take a long time to be answered and now not even that happens anymore. What a shame! If you're thinking of buying from Wituka, stay away!
Update: They finally got all my money back, which is good, too bad they lost a customer

slow shipping with no updates untill delivery but the shirts are nice quality with cool designs, also the shoes are pretty good, especially for the price

Wow, impressionnant ! Je ne savais pas qu’on pouvait vendre un t-shirt pré-usé avec un flocage déjà en train de se faire la malle. Une vraie innovation dans la mode jetable. Merci pour cette masterclass en déception.

I wasn't too sure about ordering from Wituka at first because of some of the mixed reviews on Trustpilot about shipping time and customer service. My order to Germany arrived after 8 working days. I wasn't informed about the order being shipped, so it was a nice surprise to receive the parcel. I'm usually quite picky about cut and colours of t-shirts. Having ordered 5 different ones from Wituka, I love and kept them all! I'm a size EU 36/38 and ordered M as I wanted a relaxed but not overly oversized fit. The material feels soft, but the cotton isn't too thick without being see-through, so I'm hoping these will be the ideal summer t-shirts :) I hope the print holds up during the many wash cycles these t-shirts will go through. The only critical feedback I can think of is that I wish the labels were easier to remove entirely without opening the stitching of the bottom seam, but that's being really picky now.

T-shirt beschadigd bij bestelling. Ik kan hem zo niet cadeau geven. Meermaals de klantenservice gecontacteerd, maar geen respons... Jammere zaak, want mooie designs.

Bestelling nooit ontvangen en ze reageren ook niet op meerdere mails die ik hierover heb gestuurd.

I have ordered 3 shirts almost a month ago. The package has not even been given out to DHL yet. Customer support replied once and is now ignoring me. Lots of fake reviews.

Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Terrible brand.

Hice 2 pedidos y voy a por el tercero. La ropa es bonita y en mi caso no tuve ningún problema con el envío. La única pena, que las devoluciones no sean gratis

Ich habe schon einige Male bei Wituka bestellt und bin immer wieder begeistert von der Qualität und den Motiven der Shirts. Lediglich bei einem neulich bestellten Shirt gab es Beanstandungen, und der Kundenservice hat mir schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Rundum tolles Onlineshopping-Erlebnis!

Binnen 5 dagen mijn 3 shirts binnen. Geleverd als brievenbuspakket en qua kwaliteit zoals de afbeelding. Maat is goed, heb altijd L en dit was ook nu goed. Nu hopen dat het op de lange termijn ook goed is. Voor nu; 5 uit 5.

Nice shirts for a great price. I had some problems with the shipment (from DHL side), but got great -quick- help from the customer services.

Je m’étais trompé de taille dans la commande, j’ai rapidement contacté le service client et ils ont pu modifier la commande (alors qu’elle était déjà préparée) avant l’expédition. Colis reçu en quelques jours (provenant d’Allemagne).
