Adquirí 3 camisetas atraído por los diseños, muy chulos. Dicen que el nuevo tallaje es lo que los usuarios pedían. Es sencillamente una caca; no solo la hechura, totalmente desgarbada y sin costuras en los laterales, sino la calidad de la tela (algodón orgánico, pero de mala calidad). El tallaje anterior era más adecuado a las medidas y de mejor calidad. En resumen, están abaratando costes.

Dando por hecho que la talla que tenía que pedir era la vista en una tienda en Bilbao, me encontré que lo que me llegó era mucho más grande de lo que yo creía y no me valía.
Les escribí y explicando lo que me había ocurrido y me han dado una solución muy buena en sido muy rápido si se han portado muy bien. ( la verdad es que el error fue mío por no mirar el tallage en la web y dar por hecho lo que creía)
La verdad es que ha sido un placer tratar con ellos, porque han sido muy amables y muy rápidos.
Ya placer, tratar con gente así…

EDITO la anterior opinión para informar de que me han contestado al email, indicando yo todos los documento del seguimiento de correos y me han enviado un correo disculpándose por la tardanza y con un código para que pueda hacer un nuevo pedido por ese cambio de talla sin coste alguno. De todas formas he tenido que pagar esos casi 7 euros de más en la devolución anterior, a parte de los gastos de envío iniciales a mi casa, porque aun teniendo tienda física en mi ciudad (Bilbao) no ofrecen la entrega en la tienda sin coste si no hay talla de esa camiseta que necesitas, es un servicio que sería de agradecer que tuvieran.

Fatal el servicio postventa. Así nadie va a comprarse una camiseta online. He pagado 7 euros por mandarla por correos para pedir un cambio de talla. Me va a salir un ojo de la cara la camisetita. No recomiendo que compréis aquí, con la de facilidades que ponen las marcas hoy en día. Y el servicio postventa lentísimo, tardan muchísimo en dar respuesta. Ahora espero “que me den un vale para hacer una nueva compra y que no me cobren más gastos de envío” a ver si es cierto porque ya desconfío de todo. Un lío tremendo….

Friendly and helpful customer service.
I bought T-shirts in Valencia, but when I got home I realised I had bought them too big.
I really like the T-shirts and so wanted to get the right size. The customer service team talk me through how to return them and exchange them, the new T-shirts came really quickly and now they fit perfectly. Couldn’t ask for more.

I ordered T-shirts to be shipped to Serbia. Unfortunately, first time I got the wrong order. I reached out to the customer service and we figured out the solution pretty quickly and I got my desired order at no additional cost.
Customer service is really polite and helpful.
When it comes to T-shirts and quality, I have no bad words for it. I bought my first Wituka T in 2017 in Valencia, and I still have it and still wear it. They are pretty durable and design is timeless. And you get that for quite reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I ordered to the UK but it takes quite a while to be received. It got lost the first time but the customer service were very responsive and helpful. As to the shirts, the designs were as per the website, but the fit is quite weird. I ordered several of the same size but each shirt arrived in different fits. Some XS were big, some XS were quite small.

I love my Wituka t-shirts! - they're super comfortable, affordable, and the designs are unique.
The fabric stays in place after multiple washes and doesn't get pilled or threadbare.

Nice lightweight t-shirts. At first I thought they were a little shorter than usual in this size, but I actually like it. I wish they also had thicker material for durability. I may order again.

Hice pedido de 3 camisetas y llegó enseguida. Tuve que hacer un cambio de talla (son un poco justas) y sin problema, respondían al email enseguida. Me dieron el código y aunque me costó un poco, pude hacer el pedido nuevo y perfecto. En total 15 días desde que hice el primer pedido a que me llegarán la segunda vez (con festivo por medio)

Great selection of designs and colours. Have ordered multiple times and really happy with the quality of the materials. One call out to be aware that some t-shirts are slightly different in size, so an S size in 2 t-shirts may differ, most differences are noticeable if different colours of the t-shirts, but no major issues. Good Customer service also.
