Our company recently switched over to Wingspan for billing, likely because it offers more expanded functioning. It has also been easier to use, and has customer service built in. I had some difficulty onboarding and reached out to Wingspan's help line. Someone responded right away with some tips. When that person couldn't help I was immediately bumped up to a supervisor who offered a more comprehensive strategy. It turned out to be merely an administrative issue which I was able to resolve quickly. But I wouldn't have arrived at this on my own so it was greatly appreciated. Another nice feature is that the invoices can be viewed easily, by simply logging in. You don't have to drill down or click any links to see them. So far, it's felt like an upgrade working with Wingspan!

Signed up six weeks ago to get paid faster as a freelance designer. Wingspan's dashboard is clean, transfers hit my bank in about a day, and the invoice reminders save me awkward emails. Had one delayed deposit last week that support sorted quickly, but overall it's made my cash flow way less sweaty.

I love the transparency of the company; I don't have any delays on my payments and also that tells me the level of experience the company has in handling your payments.

My current experience with wingspan has been awesome. I have run through 3 pay cycles with my Firm and Wingspan has been great with Notification on payment, deposits and any follow up or delay in the process. I would recommend wingspan to any platform payouts. The ease of use has been great. 10-10 recommend!

As a contractor, I’ve always had to manually handle everything myself—setting things up, tracking income, estimating taxes—it’s a lot. Wingspan completely changed that for me. It was super easy to set up, and I love that it’s all online, so I can log in and make changes anytime without hassle.

One of my favorite features is how it gives you suggestions and tax threshold estimates—like whether you’re on track for a refund or might owe. That’s HUGE for someone like me who even struggled with taxes back when I had a regular W-4 job. It takes the guesswork out of it.

Honestly, if you’re a contractor and want to stay on top of your income and taxes without the stress, I’d 100% recommend using Wingspan. It’s a wonderful product and just makes life easier.

It seems like my paycheck is being deposited a day later than when it used to be prior to my organization using Wingspan. That's unfortunate.

Pls pls if your reading this do not use this bank they are the worst and really should go out of business. Nothing ever instant they take money every time I get paid for no reason at all they can't explain anything. And they hold your money allday long preventing you from do stuff even important stuff. If your the owner of this app then you should be banned from making apps this is horrible by far the worst app on the planet.

I’m extremely satisfied with Wingspan and their user interface. Wingspan offers a seamless direct deposit setup where you can connect a checking/savings account directly through your mobile banking app and also offers a variety of payment options like instant payout, standard, and their own payout service. I would highly recommend wingspan to any of my colleagues or friends looking for a friendly experience.

Let me tell you about my great experiences with Wingspan so far upon my signing up I ran into some kind of mixup where I was kicked out before completing the signup. I immediately emailed customer service about not completing signup, they researched found out it was a password issue. They sent me a reset password link and I was able to recover where I left off and complete my signup/account. This matter was resolved/recovered in less than a couple hours, this made me feel heard, valued, and important. I was able to move easily through the process and go on about my day. You can’t go wrong with Wingspan they work with you go ahead and signup.

At 60 years old, and my first effort to have more flexibility in a job. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous with trying to navigate invoices and taxes. Wingspan has made it easy to keep track of which invoices are coming due, overdue, and is specific about which ones are paid. All I have to do is check them off my own list and file them away. I also like how it gives me a heads up on an incoming payment (sometimes I get sidetracked). Thank you for helping this 'old dog' manage a new trick!

Check stubs are very detailed and always right on time. Website is well organized and user friendly.

This is my first time using Wingspan. It's my payment method for this contract job I have. I'm new to setting up invoices, but I notice Wingspan sends me emails letting me know that my payments are on the way. I have a bit to learn, but I think I'm at a good start with the program.

The Wingspan platform was easy to understand and navigate. It was concise and clear. I hope to use it more in the future.

I did a C&P for my Direct Deposit info for payment being a contractor the company uses wingspan, I checked my invoice and saw the last 4 of account number was wrong? Now I have worked with banks on how this process goes so I made contact with my bank and was advised "if it is not a valid account we reject right that minute" So reaching out to notify and update my account info the invoice was still showing the non valid account I was told it COULD take up to 2-4 days now I let it ride waiting until the company sent me an email advising that the payments were returned due to rejection from my bank that said why would wingspand reps go above and beyond to tell me something different????? when I attached the email then here comes the drag "we are waiting for the funds to be fully released"???? wait the email says we received our funds back its 2025 and you mean to tell me that you do have your systems to auto retry the payment? ok so this says all I need to know about this company and the LACK OF EFFORT to pay contractors I see many bad reviews and yall wonder why just run my monies or this can get real TECHNICAL
