Ho acquistato un prodotto, visto nel catalogo della Windowo.
È arrivato tutto velocemente e con massima cura nell’impacchettamento.
La qualità del prodotto è perfetta

Ho già comprato presso questo rivenditore. Il loro sito è sempre pieno di prodotti, se hai qualche problema o richiesta particolare, puoi scrivere loro in Privato cercano di aiutarti. Mai avuto problemi. Lo consiglio

2sbarre che devono scorrere una dentro l'altra. Ma non scorrono perchè quella esterna è storta. Nessun problema, si mette in morsa e con un po' di pazienza si raddrizza. Ma quando compro una cosa nuova non la devo aggiustare io!

Ho fatto oggi il terzo acquisto. Mi son sempre trovato bene. Aspetto il chiudi porta della casma ora :)

Comprato delle zanzariere da loro, ho dovuto aspettare due settimane circa, ma per delle zanzariere fatte su misura ci sta! Bellissime e gentilissimi!

Commande passée il y a plus de 15 jours, aucun retour du service client.
J’ai contacté l’équipe par email pour avoir des informations sur ma commande, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Aujourd’hui, je découvre que le site est très mal noté, ce qui renforce mes inquiétudes.
De plus, j’ai bien reçu un colis, mais un article (la serrure à crochet) manquait à l’intérieur, sans aucune explication ni suivi.
À ce jour, aucun retour, aucune information, aucune solution proposée.
Service client inexistant, communication nulle — très décevant et inquiétant. Je crains maintenant de ne jamais recevoir l’article manquant ni de voir ma commande honorée dans son intégralité.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered two handles a month ago and whilst I was initially very impressed with the prompt responses to my questions and the assistance I received when placing my order. I was VERY specific with what I wanted and confirmed with the sales representative in numerous emails the finish I wanted for the handles. We recieved the handles last week in the finish is SPECIFICALLY said I didn’t want. Upon contacting their customer services team they admitted their error but they refuse to arrange the return of the handles and when I asked if they would pay the cost of returning the items they ghosted me and are now longer responding to emails. This is both INCOMPETENT and RUDE. Once they have your money they will not help you or assist you in any way.

Non fanno restituzione.. attenzione..pagate con metodi assicurati...perché sennò i soldi non li vedete più.
Ho ordinato delle maniglie e le volevo restituire. Soldi buttati..stare alla larga

Lasciate perdere, non acquistate. Ordine fatto e pagato, merce non arrivata, introvabili, non rispondono alle varie email di sollecito. INQUALIFICABILI

Pessima esperienza con Windowo! Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare da questo sito. La comunicazione con il servizio clienti è praticamente inesistente: non rispondono alle email e contattarli è impossibile. I tempi di consegna sono lunghissimi, molto oltre quanto indicato al momento dell’acquisto. Quando ho chiesto il reso, si sono rifiutati di accettarlo, lasciandomi senza prodotto e senza rimborso. Un’esperienza davvero frustrante e inaccettabile. Evitate di comprare da loro!

Pessimo venditore. Comunicazione inesistente e, dopo 2 settimane dall' acquistato del prodotto, mi dicono che non è disponibile. Dopo aver concordato un prodotto alternativo che costa meno, mi viene spedito il prodotto ma ancora non mi è stata ne restituita la differenza ne informato su come mi verrà restituita.
Aggiornamento: a distanza di settimane non ho avuto loro notizie. Il prodotto mi è costato il 35% in più rispetto ad altri siti. Meglio evitarli perché alla fine non si risparmi nulla, anzi si rischia di non ricevere nulla.

I had a terrible experience with Windowo. I placed an order on December 23rd, and shortly after, they demanded an extra €100 for shipping, something they had failed to mention beforehand. I refused and requested a refund, which they agreed to process.

Fast forward over 30 days, and I am still waiting for my money. Their support team keeps making excuses, despite their own terms stating refunds are processed within this timeframe. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and am warning others through this review. If you value your time and money, stay away from Windowo. Their lack of transparency and delays in refunding customers are a red flag for any online shopper.

Ho chiesto ripetutamente il rimborso di un ordine annullato perché non erano in possesso del oggetto da me acquistato mi Anna detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato entro 5giorni ne sono passati 15 e non arriva nessuno rimborso, questi mettono in vendita della merce che non anno e poi quando li chiami per sapere quando arriva ti dicono che il fornitore è in dietro con le consegne e c'è da aspettare non si sa bene quanto e allora annullo l ordine e chiedo il rimborso per mail come detto da loro operatore per telefono ma il rimborso non arriva, rendetemi i miei 52,15 euro meriteresti una querela per comportamento scorretto nei confronti dei consumatori

Arrivate le maniglie nei tempi previsti e sono molto belle. Si vede che sono diverse da quelle che ti danno insieme alle porte. Consegna in una decina di giorni

On 26.01.25 we placed an order through theur online shop. On 27.01.25 we transferred the whole amount (490,30 euros) as requested. We did no received any confirmation or any other information after payment. On 30.01.25 we requested information bij mail. No answer. On 3.02.25 we sent a complaint and asked for reimbursement in case the goods were not on their way. They answered then on 05.02.25 explaining that they needed a proof of payment and informing us about the fact that they didn’t have any goods in stock and that the goods had to be produced 20-30 days after payment. We cannot want that long and answered the same day requesting a reimbursement. We haven’t heard from them yet!!
