Window Nation Ltd Anmeldelser

I recently had two windows. patio doors and a front door fitted. I am delighted with the product and the fitters Ricky and Dan were super-efficient. very friendly and there was no mess at all.
Apart from the front door being delayed. a little pressure from the salesman to complete the deal the same day (it was my decision to go ahead} and communication from the office could be better, I would be happy to use this company again in the future and would hope to give them 5 stars!
I didn't get a second quote so not sure about the price but think it was good for the quality.

Ricky and Dan who completed the windows installation for us were courteous and very efficient. They laid dust sheets down where they were working and cleaned up afterwards. All of the old windows, doors and packing was taken away. On completion of works Rick and Dan demonstrated the locking mechanisms to us. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The whole experience with Window Nation UK was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the process really easy. The sash windows were fitted smoothly with no hassle, and the installers did a great job, leaving everything clean and tidy. We’re really pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience from the very beginning and throughout the whole project!
Fantastic service, very fair price and from what i can see so far, quality is also aligned with expectations.
Very pleased with the results.

Thank you very much

Can’t recommend window nation more after there excellent customers service, i’m young and inexperienced in this area, however window nation were here to help along the whole journey of the windows they fitted, at a cheap price, and great quality

A great 5 star review!

The work was done to a very high quality, the fitter was polite, tidy and efficient. Overall we are very pleased.

So very pleased with the amazing quality of the windows, and service of employees.

The salesman and window fitter were both very professional, turning up on time. I had two windows and patio doors replaced. They look great. Thank you!

Our experience with Window Nation was exceptionally positive. The installation of our composite door was executed flawlessly, and we are thoroughly impressed with the outcome. The product's superior quality is evident, and the installation team demonstrated remarkable expertise.

My only concern pertains to the two-day project delay caused by adverse weather conditions, which consequently required an additional day of absence from work. I would have appreciated earlier notification, ideally prior to the day before the delay. Thats the reason its 4 stars not 5.

I'll totally use Window Nation again for future work.

Feel completely mislead by this company. Got a knock on the door saying they were opening a branch in Hitchin and were looking to do a few houses at ‘cost’ price to get their name out In the area. I fell for it!and reading another review they’ve done same thing in Biggleswade. Everything happened so quickly within hours someone round to measurement up.. and then comes the quote £32K for 12 windows how is that cost price?? Then the 50% discount the down to £13K I said no and there’s no way I’d commit to anything without another quote and to be honest don’t have £9k only took the appointment thinking I was fortunate enough to be getting a deal. then the boss comes on the phone goes down £9K but have to commit there and then I said no way would I do that without having a second quote. I have no idea if £9k is a good price it may very well be, but what I don’t like is the blatant lie you get told so they get foot in door in that you will get a cost price which is a completely untrue. The actual sales guy was very nice and pleasant and doing his job. But seriously windows nations you’d probably get more business if you change your sales tactics lucky for me I’m not easily intimidated and won’t make rush decisions but can see how others like the old and vulnerable may get caught out.

The whole process from contacting Window Nation to discuss our needs through to installation of our new door was handled professionally.

We are delighted with the result would highly recommend their services.

Great experience from start to finish.
Salesman was friendly, informative and not at all pushy and service since initial call has been great.

These guys are absolute cowboys. First gentleman (who was very polite) knocked on the door yesterday afternoon offering cost price on a new composite front door as they were opening a showroom in the Biggleswade area in the future and wanted to get their name out there locally. Agreed to a quote later in the day but as soon as the second gentleman arrived that's when things went badly wrong. We chose a door that we liked and he proceeded to quote us £5,900 before discount, but with 50% off £2,900 then the familiar pressure selling technique started and we were told after a call to his 'boss', if you order today £2,250 !!! This was despite being told by the first gentleman that they were offering a limited number of jobs at 'cost price' and that the quote would be valid until June next year. Not at all impressed with this company.

Quick service beginning to end. Well fitted and the door was excellent.

Windows are great! Very good quality and look the part, too. A massive upgrade for our house!
Dan and Rick (who fitted the windows) were efficient, courteous and polite.
Overall, an excellent product and service.

We had new patio doors fitted by window nation, our old patio doors had needed to be replaced for a while but we kept putting it off until we had a pleasant young man knock on the door asking if we were interested in having a quote on new windows or doors so we asked them to quote for the patio doors and the price was within our budget so we went ahead and got them fitted.
We are very happy with the new doors they are exactly what we were after and there is no longer a draft coming in. The fitters were very friendly and patient, our dog would not leave them alone the whole morning they were working but they gave him lots of attention even though they had lots to do, Definitely recommend

Really friendly staff, finish of window fitting really good. Everything left clean and tidy. Competed job with minimal disruption and good communication.
