Brand new car needing warranty repair, said they had ordered items when they hadn't, wait times of 6 weeks plus to have a curtesy car while mine was awaiting work. Impossible too actually get through to see when car will be ready and never return calls or emails, forgetting to complete all simple repairs on there list meaning car was there six days for a 1 day job, waited all day to pick car up made numerous calls asking for an update and despite being promised on two occasionsi would be called back or emailed to let me know nobody bothered, ended up going down before closing to see my car had been sitting there all day when i asked why nobody had contacted me or replied to my calls was met with a very dismissive attitude that person was off and wasn't dealing with it no apology or anything. I would never use these guys again I just get the feeling they don't care at all

We called to Williams to purchase a 1 series , and walked around at our leisure looking at all the cars for about half an hour with no body bothering us

We looked for a salesman for advice on different models , and Luke who had just returned to the garage for his lunch asked if we were ok and did we require any help , and if so let him know.

I said go and get your lunch we will still be here and looking at the various models , but I was leaning towards a 1 series .

He came back about 15 minutes later and was GREAT , he explained all the different models to us , and answered all our questions. I decided that I wanted to have a test drive in an m sport automatic 1 series but there was not one on the site , I know there wasn't as I had looked at all the cars .

So Luke went to look at the stock list on the computer and said that there was a 68 plate at the Pall Mall site , which if I wanted him to ,he would go and have it brought over for us to have a look at. I said yes thanks ,.

We were given a coffee off the lovely reception Lady s while we waited , while the car was bought to us about 15 minutes later.

We were given the keys off the car to go for a test drive after Luke took a copy of my driving licence for the insurance.
I was allowed to drive any car , with no pressure at all to purchase .

After my test drive my wife an I decided that we wanted an automatic , so we looked at the stock on the computer and selected a silver 66 plate m sport with the speck that I wanted out of 4 different models , which was at the Stockport site.
This was on the Friday , I paid a deposit to secure the car and Luke promised to have the car on site for me to test drive with no obligation to buy on Tuesday , but this was not convenient for me so we made arrangements for the Thursday .

On the Thursday I arrived at the garage , and there the car was , absolutely gleaming , and spotless , as were all the cars on the forecourt to be perfectly honest .

I went into the showroom were I was greeted by the lovely reception Lady's and I asked for Luke .

They asked if I would like something to drink while I waited , Luke came straight out and greeted me with a smile , I have the car here , I said yes I saw it on the way in , it looks really nice.

He said here are the keys go and see if it is what you are really looking for , so Luke put trade plates on the car and I was left to go and drive it myself again.
I went and picked my wife up from work and had a drive around for about 30 minutes and , decided that we were going to buy it , All depending on the price that I would be given for my part exchange.

We went back to the showroom and sat with Luke , who had looked at my car and gave me a really fair price for it , I must point out at No time were we pressured to buy .

He is a very polite , and very good at his job , I know the old cliché's well he is a salesman and is after the sale but it was left to Us to decide if we wanted to buy.

We decided to buy as it was what we wanted , and took delivery of our lovely car today .All the necessary paperwork was done in advance of us arriving .

The change over couldn't have been smoother. Luke had thought of everything.

Then Luke bought tears to my wife's eyes as he gave Her a beautiful bouquet of flower's , which was totally Lovely of him to do really. We were not expecting that .
I was given a BMW cleaning package also .

Williams BMW you should be very Proud of All your staff and Luke Really is a absolute Credit to your business .

I totally recommend Williams BMW and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Not happy at all. Took the day off work to have me 530 serviced. When I arrived they told me I had the wrong day despite an email confirmation proving they were wrong. No apology just the offer of another appointment!!! Will go elsewhere in future

My car went in for a new cable to be fitted to the heaters, was told over the phone it should take between 1-2 hours.....get's there and they said it will take 5 hours? When i eventually got the car back, the heaters wouldn't work properly. I phoned to tell them, they said any work now will be chargeable? They also unplugged my dashcam and deleted the footage from that morning...seems to me they are causing issues on peoples cars and then charging them to put it right again.

Terrible service

We visited to consider buying a car from them.

Staff poorly trained in my opinion especially the manager who covers for the business general manager. He put the phone down on me when I was still talking.

No point having a nice looking show Home if they treat people like rubbish.

I have a nice 5 Series BMW and my partner a Z4.

However never ever will I purchase a car from BMW Williams of Liverpool !

Dreadful

On a positive I located my new car from another dealership and not one issue at all!

I feel I got a good deal on a pre reg bmw 118i.
I was happy with the sales team, not pushy, and good following communication about collection date.
I would definitely go there again.

Don’t feel I got a good deal from them when I bought my 5 series. Staff were bordering on rude. I was a bit shocked with their behaviour. Like scallies trying to sell £40,000 plus worth of merchandise. Seen better deals at Rybrook Shrewsbury. Will go there next time.

I wanted a BMW X1. I'd already been to a few other dealerships but had been unable to find both the car and deal I wanted and had been put off by the pushy attitude of some of the salespeople. However, Williams Liverpool were much easier to deal with. From the start all the staff were really helpful and pleasant, from the receptionists to the sales team, especially Martin Welsh. He guided me through the whole process making this clear where other dealerships had failed to. He was really professional, knowledgeable and polite, not at all pushy. He listened, understood what I wanted and set about sourcing a car for me. And above all, he was patient and dealt with my indecision calmly and professionally!
