A massive thank you to William Davis Homes and Davison Law for making my relocation back to Nottingham so incredibly easy and enjoyable when it should be a stressful time. My biggest thanks goes to Claire and Steph on the Sales team at Radcliffe on Trent… they could t have done anymore for me to sell the house and the area and of course the William Davis company. Even the little touches like a bottle of champagne in the fridge when you move and the flowers after two weeks… just touches that make all the difference….I am nearly two
Months in and have t found a single issue and the little ones I have are dealt with in no time at all… amazing service..can’t thank the whole team and their associates with the legal side enough… so yes will be recommending William Davis to all my clients all 10,000 of them and singing their praises to everyone … thank you

Many thanks to Ricky and Mike for sorting out our creaky flooring. Issue quickly and accurately identified, then repaired to a high standard, despite the challenge of working in very hot and humid conditions.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided from the team at William Davis Hathern Edge who have been excellent in supporting my parents in buying their new home and their first new build. Every step of the way, Rebecca, Lauren & Adele provided them with excellent and swift information and answered any question put forward with depth and ease. The whole process was easy and seamless (alongside a few bumps but these were corrected quickly) and my Mum & Dad both feel confident in their new home. The site team, Aaron and John have been instrumental in their help since my parents moved in and any question or need of support is actioned quickly. I couldn't recommend William Davis more.

One week into our new home and we are beginning to get settled.
The process of getting to this stage has not been without it's difficulties, mainly delays by solicitors. However, throughout, the two William Davis Sales Consultants have been really helpful, supportive, informative and encouraging.
We've felt rather bombarded by the volume of detailed information about the house provided by William Davis in the first few days - all a bit overwhelming but will all no doubt be useful stuff!
Early days, but at the moment we're very happy with the new home.

Writing this review on their sales team at Thorpebury in the limes, this was our experience in August 2025 while we were trying to buy a new house. My partner and I were in the market for a house in this area so had a look with all 3 developers on the estate. While David Wilson and Davidsons were brilliant our experience with sales at William Davis was not.

Firstly, we were ignored completely by the two women on the desk. They were judgemental, disrespectful and clearly presumptuous. I assume they seen a young couple and thought we aren't wasting time with them, they can't afford anything. We are both teachers and I had come into some money and were looking to spend around 400k on a new build.

The women there were just outright rude, and this made our decision for us straight away. DW homes and Davidsons customer sales team were brilliant and light years better than WD. If you are young couple, don't bother as the women on the desk clearly think they are better than everyone. If you want to live in the neighbourhood around here please go to David Wilson as they will not judge you and the sales team are absolutely brilliant. To any WD staff reading, this experience may have lost you a sale.

TLDR: 2 women on the desk for WD judged us, ignored us and looked down at us, making our decision easy.

I am so happy I chose William Davis Homes. From the very start, Claire, Rebecca, Stephanie and the team at Prince’s Place, Radcliffe on Trent have been fantastic. They made the buying process easy and stress-free, with excellent communication and friendly, accommodating service throughout.

Any snagging issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ever since moving in, whenever I pop into the office, I’m always greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. The team are always happy to help with any queries and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

What a wonderful stress free experience I have just had, buying my first new build with William Davis in Radcliffe on Trent. The process was swift and smooth all thanks to the delightful, super friendly and bubbly Stephanie who managed absolutely everything perfectly. Steph has such a huge depth of knowledge and experience, she answered all of my questions without me having to ask. Thanks also to Claire who stepped in when Steph was off. From day one of going to the house, to consider buying the sales team was brilliant, especially Amanda at the Castle Donington site. She was so helpful, and when we decided to go ahead and purchase, she helped us massively throughout the process.

Buying a house with WD was a breeze with Debby. Right from enquiry, to the last few weeks before completion. Our new home is absolutely beautiful! Every detail was finished to a high standard, and it truly feels like a dream come true. We are buying a property on the Houlton development and due to complete next week. Debbie has been an absolute saint! The whole process has been so smooth. Debbie has been so helpful with anything we have needed, had a last minute panic about blinds and whilst we were having our home demo she had quotes ready for us and we have now ordered. Our site manager Colm was also great in the home demo and answered any questions we had. We are so excited and can’t wait to move in.

From the moment I met Debby in the Sales office until the moment I collected the keys to my new house the experience has been fabulous. Debby went out of her way to arrange for me to see the house at less than 5 minutes notice. Adele and Yvette were also very helpful as was Colm who showed me around during my house demonstration the week before I got the keys.

Moving into our new home has been nothing but a wonderful experience. The customer service are exactly just that no query is ever too small for them to resolve quickly and with a smile. The welcome pack you receive for your new home is just the special touch William Davis provide.

I cannot thank Debby at Houlton, William Davis enough for everything she has done for me. From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find my dream home.

She truly went above and beyond for me at every stage of the process, and because of her, I have now been able to buy my first home the first person in my generation to do so. That means more than words can express.

Buying a home can be such a stressful process, but Debby made it feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always ensured everything stayed on track.

Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set her apart. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better sales advisor at William Davis. If you’re buying a home, you would be lucky to have Debbie guiding you through the process.
