I had a fantastic experience with Wilkie May & Tuckwood as a buyer. They were friendly, approachable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always quick to answer questions and keep things moving forward. Their proactive approach really helped speed everything along, which made a huge difference.

What stood out most was how supportive and easy they were to deal with from start to finish. On the day I received the keys, they even surprised me with a thoughtful gift, which was such a kind and personal touch.

This is the second time I have used Wilkie May and Tuckwood in Wellington to sell and buy property and I rate them as the best estate agent in the area, I couldn't imagine using another agent! Their staff are easy to communicate with, supportive, friendly and responded quickly to any concerns or issues that came up. Their staff really do work as a tight team and do their very best to take the stress out of selling and purchasing your home. At their helm, John in particular was good at using a little humour to help one gain perspective at times. Appreciated!

Difficult market conditions made the sale challenging but received good advice throughout which eventually got the sale over the line at a reasonable price. Living a long distance from the property also added complexity but members of the team were always on hand to help make things happen. Excellent service.

Recently I instructed WMT in Wellington in the sale of my property and I am extremely happy with the service provided. From the initial consultation with Claire and the competitive sale fees to the completion of the sale, Sharon, Claire, Abbey, Naomi Jenny and John were all very helpful and professional and provided excellent service.

Claire was brilliant throughout the whole buying process. She really listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. The lettings team in Taunton have been looking after us very well over the last 6 years. We have been exceptionally fortunate to appoint WMT as estate agents to sell our house. All of the team provided a really positive experience during what was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain. From the beginning David McCaffrey shone in comparison to other estate agents who came to value the house. It is very clear that he has an immense depth of knowledge about the local area having worked in the business and in Taunton since he was very young. Subsequently he helped us to value the house realistically as opposed to getting a quick sale by valuing it too low. He was exceptionally professional, very proactive in marketing our house and compassionate.
