Whenever I visited wickes in plough lane to purchase from paint to skirting board or even small things like nails KUNLE went extra mile with his excellent customer support to help me n made sure I am on a right track with all the tools or things for the work I am trying to get done by myself.He has been always working very hard to deliver excellent service.

Terrible design meeting with Tahir, my first time designing a kitchen and bathroom and he was so uninterested and unhelpful. I’ve since spoken to a few other places - Wren and IKEA- who were fab, and I’ve actually since been advised that Wickes haven’t got the best reputation with their designers.

I shopped around many provided for a big project doing multiple bathrooms and kitchen. Wickes provided the best service engagement & competitive pricing.

My designer Tahir Younes was professional, helpful and not pushy.

The project has taken over a year and even during some of the changes or problems that occur, Wickes is a bit painful to get to the right person on their call centre but Tahir helped escalate some of the challenges directly for us which saved me heaps of time.

We’re very happy with the quality and style of our new kitchen from Wickes. From the start, the process was handled professionally and with care. Although we initially rejected the first fitter, Wickes responded swiftly and without fuss, ensuring we were comfortable with the replacement.

Thanim, our designer, was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive throughout. His expertise and reassuring presence gave us confidence during what can be quite a disruptive process. Having him and the Wickes team alongside us made a real difference.

The end result has fully met our expectations, and we’re delighted with our new kitchen. Highly recommended.

No hard sell, just expert assistance!
We had popped in without an appointment and Tahir Younes fitted us in.
It was the first time we had actually visited a kitchen showroom and Tahir explained everything clearly and patiently.
Tahir expertly used the software to fit our large kitchen into our newly converted garage, making helpful suggestions.
We booked and paid for the kitchen the same day and have a delivery date in 10 days time, great result.
Lets hope the delivery goes as smoothly and we really will have received 5 star experience all round.

Awful company! Left me with a partially working shower for the past year. After doing the whole bathroom with them they sent the wrong piece for the shower which has not been working properly since installation. Chased about this issue for months and they did nothing!

Laura and the team at Wickes Wimbledon generously supported The Friends of Elm Road Rec (a community group in Kingston upon Thames) with a donation of wood chippings for our group to use to prevent stinging nettle regrowth in the flower bed in our children’s playground. We and the local community are very grateful for the support from the community programme and store team.
