We organised a full bathroom renovation through Wickes. The process was remarkably easy, starting with the design consultations with our fantastic designer Thanim at the Wimbledon store, right through to being assigned an installer (who were brilliant, we have no complaints) and having the work done very professionally. We are so happy with the finished product, and felt supported the whole way by Thanim and members of the customer support team. The finish is beautiful, and our flat was treated respectfully through the whole renovation. No complaints, and highly recommend this scheme for all-in-one bathroom renovations, Wickes made it so easy for us

Excellent Customer Service at Wickes Wimbledon
I have been purchasing a wide range of building materials from Wickes Wimbledon for my house extension, including plumbing supplies, appliances, flooring, tiles, lighting, fencing and much more.
Throughout this project, I have been assisted by several members of staff, including Craig, Katherine, Abdi, Amin, Gema, Daniel and the store manager, William. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of them for their excellent customer service, professionalism and willingness to help.

In particular, Mr William, the store manager, deserves special recognition. He is an exceptionally kind, approachable, professional and hardworking individual who consistently goes the extra mile to help customers. His support and dedication since March 2026 up to the present day have been outstanding, and I am genuinely grateful for all the help and guidance he has provided throughout my house extension project.

It is a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in delivering such a high standard of service. William is a real asset to Wickes Wimbledon, and I hope his dedication and hard work are recognised and appreciated by the company.

We need more people like William — competent, professional, hardworking and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Thank you, William, and the entire Wickes Wimbledon team, for making what can be a stressful building project a much more positive experience.

We bought a new Wickes kitchen for our apartment and it has significantly upgraded it, we are very pleased with it. Our designer, (Thanim from the Wimbledon branch) was fantastic and had great ideas, we couldn’t fault him as a designer. The fitters we were given were London Profitters. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely professional and nice to deal with. All communication with the design team and the fitters was excellent. The only downside was Wickes can’t give you a delivery slot until the night before the delivery day, and there is no way to contact anyone should you need to regarding the time. If you’re not living in the property (like us) it is very frustrating to have to allocate a whole day to wait at the property. Some of the units were damaged and had to be replaced (which was absolutely not a problem) but it was frustrating to have to be in the apartment to accept the delivery. In the end we got round it by Wickes delivering to the Wimbledon branch and then our very kind fitters picked up from there. We had all AEG appliances as recommended by Thanim and we are very happy with them. It was a stress free process for us apart from the deliveries, and the fitters sorted everything out including electrics and plumbing.

We got our kitchen from Wickes and the service was great. Thanim was great and very helpful.

We have just ordered 2 kitchens through Wickes and couldn’t recommend them more. Ria designed our first one and her customer service was amazing, we were sad to hear she’d left for Croydon when we required another one. A second was dealt with by Tahir and I he was amazing. He was really innovative when finding solutions and very helpful on colours and worktops. We also had a damaged trim and this was resolved so quickly with customer service. Wickes is amazingly priced and the customer service is so much better than almost every other company I’ve dealt with recently. Thank you.

Excellent service from Wickes in Wimbledon and in particular the consultant, Thanim Malique, was fantastic. He was professional and courteous, and helped design an amazing bathroom. He came up with creative ideas and suggestions that I had not considered and maximised the space! Thank you!

I had an incredibly upsetting and disturbing experience today at the Wickes Wimbledon store with a hostile kitchen designer who created an incredibly confrontational meeting. We came in with a simple £2,000 budget for a kitchen design. The moment we explained our budget and stated that we would handle the installation ourselves, he had a complete fit. He became aggressively elitist, snapped that they couldn't work with us, and insisted installation alone had to be £6,000 to £10,000. He completely failed to comprehend that we did not need that service.
From the start, his behavior was unhinged, confrontational, and deeply insulting. When we asked basic questions, he rudely snapped, "Stop talking to the furniture and talk to me." He then aggressively escalated the situation, shouting, "Did you come down here for a confrontation or for a kitchen?"
The final straw was when he insultingly and threateningly asked, "What you gonna do? Pick up your phone and smash my head in with it." At that exact moment, my friend said, "What? That’s it, let’s go." We had to get up and leave immediately because this man had obviously completely lost control.
We expected to leave the store with a beautiful design and a solid plan for our home. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. While the store manager was very helpful afterward and did his best to calm us down, this man absolutely should lose his job for this behavior. I have already reported his threatening and abusive actions to store management and to the authorities. Wickes corporate must take immediate

Appalling Customer Service and Shouting at Wickes WimbledonWe went into the Wickes Wimbledon showroom on Sunday at 2:30 PM for a scheduled kitchen consultation, and it turned into an incredibly hostile experience.My friend sat right next to the designer, and I sat next to her. We came completely prepared with manual measurements and clear kitchen photos. The moment my friend excitedly started explaining our layout using the photos, the designer showed total irritation and zero interest. He completely refused to open his computer, shut down our plans, and kept repeating, "That's not gonna happen."When he asked for our budget and we said £2,000 for the units, his attitude got even worse. He dismissed our measurements completely and snapped, "You didn’t measure that bit!"Then the verbal aggression started. My friend was looking directly at him to clarify a layout detail, and he aggressively shouted right in her face, "Don’t talk to the kitchen units/furniture! Talk to me!" I tried to step in to explain the dimensions, and he turned on me, visibly enraged, shouting, "Did you come down here for a confrontation or did you come here for a kitchen?"It escalated completely out of nowhere. He violently marked a piece of graph paper and launched into an unhinged tirade, shouting, "What you gonna do? Pick up your phone and smash my head in with it!"We felt so threatened and unsafe that we immediately stood up and fled the showroom. We went straight to the on-site store manager to report his terrifying behavior, and we filed an official police report. We have lost all confidence in the Wimbledon store.Wickes head office needs to urgently review the showroom CCTV from Sunday at 2:30 PM and take immediate disciplinary action. Nobody should ever be subjected to that level of aggression.

My consultant, Thanim Malique was very professional and welcoming. He knew exactly what my requirements were and was able to guide me through the process. Thanim was regularly in contact with myself to ensure my delivery instructions were correct and everything was going to plan. 10/10
