I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Sandhu. From the moment I reached out with my inquiry, Sandhu was friendly, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. Not only did he design my dream kitchen, but he also followed up to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a person that treats its customers with such care and professionalism. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

From start to finish, working with Sandhu was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of kitchen layouts, appliances, and design options was incredibly impressive, but what truly set him apart was his genuine care and attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once made us feel pressured. He was patient, professional, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise, we now have our dream kitchen and the entire experience was stress-free and even enjoyable! I can’t recommend Sandhu highly enough. If you’re planning a kitchen renovation, he’s the one you want on your side.

Excellent work on my bathroom

I think it is important to leave a good review when you have received good service, but in this case, Yussuf went the extra mile and stuck with us through the design process, even coming in on Sunday morning to finalise the detail. 5 stars.

( Review for Hinckley branch). I am a single, disabled lady who needed some advice and support with my driveway. I was very fortunate indeed to have David help me initially, followed by Steph F who single handely loaded and unloaded 15 very heavy bags of stones for me without any complaint, but instead a smile! I was very grateful.
I had issues to resolve and Michelle the manager went absolutely out of her way to patiently talk to me, and to offer any advice and help that I needed. I was very grateful for her kindness and for helping me. It is very reassuring to know that if you are on your own and you need help that the management and staff will come to the rescue! Well done and thanks.

We entered the store looking at kitchens. After a few minutes Sandhu approached us to ask if he could help. He was able to answer all of our questions; help us solve queries we had; made suggestions to ensure our kitchen would look how we wanted and function to meet all our needs. Sandhu’s experience and knowledge in this field, the quality of the fixtures and the fast, efficient service we received made the whole experience of designing and purchasing a new kitchen a pleasure and we can’t recommend Wickes Hinckley high enough.

I wanted to give Yusuf Ibrahim (designer consultant) at the Hinckley a massive shout out for designing and ordering my kitchen units. It even went past his work hours and he stayed behind just to make sure the project was excellent! Thank you so much for all your help, really happy with my Sofia Graphite kitchen.

The driving force behind our absolutely stunning bathroom was our in store designer/fairy godmother Karen Waldron. Wickes had a huge range of beautiful bathroom fittings and tiles, we were extremely happy with the quality and prices.
The flexibility that Wickes provide for you to include your own designs and fittings if you choose was a seamless process.
Before the project commenced, Wickes a
provided a dedicated team that coordinate your delivery’s and works. They were very efficient and helpful (thank you Janice!).
Karen project managed at every turn to ensure the smooth running of this installation. Some of our items were too big, (shower screen and vanity), but Karen was able to quickly get them re-ordered and returned with absolutely no fuss. The delivery drivers were excellent and courteous with parking and delivery as we live on a very busy road. They were helpful and very friendly.
Karen liaised with our builder from day one and I was often able to just pop into store with any issues which she dealt with there and then.
Karen made us feel like we were her only customers, her unbeatable customer service and genuine care is outstanding. thank you Wickes!

Kitchen installation by Wickes just finished. We are very satisfied. Sandhu did a great job of the designing for us - would recommend him to anyone thinking of having an upgrade - his taste in units and appliances is impeccable. Our fitter ,James - J M Kitchens - who Sandhu got for us was brilliant - very clean and helpful throughout the installation. Between them I would say it was an absolutely first class job. No complaints at all.

Served by a very rude man this afternoon, continually moaning that he finished at 4 and it was now 4.10. No communication or customer service skills whatsoever

From the design stage, throughout the installation and right through to the completion of our kitchen, the service we received was second to none.
We were included throughout the process and kept up to date with what would be happening and when. The whole process was conducted with as little disruption to us as possible, as everything was cleaned and tidied at the end of each day.
