We purchased a kitchen from Wickes, Hinckley We worked with Sandhu who has been on hand for any queries we have had, we had some slight issue with stock when goods were delivered but again was sorted via Sandhu.
The installation of the bathroom was a dream the team we had couldn’t have been any better.

After a complete and utter failure from the 1st designer, we were recommended to go back to Wickes by the absolute diamond of a fitter; Pete, and speak with Sandhu; to get him to redesign a whole new kitchen. And honestly truthfully, we do not have the words. From his initial visit, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. Within a day he had completely redesigned our lovely new kitchen, sent over the new images, and organised us to visit to run through the finer details. We sat at store, and Sandhu explained all the finer details, exceptionally well, precisely and clearly. He took us to the display area, where we could see how it would all look together; splashback, work surface, and cupboard facings, and I'm not ashamed to say; looking at those items reduced me to tears. So so lovely and easily imagined in our little space for the kitchen. On Sandhus desk, he has quite a few trophies, which from our experience, very very well deserved, just hope we in some small way can add to. Between Sandhu and Pete; a very formidable team, in the kitchen design/fitting world. Top top people, seriously cannot rate highly enough. And a mention also to Martin, the manager at Wickes, who was a bit surprised and disappointed as to the first design going so totally badly; and our our whole experience.

My partner and I have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes, Hinkley for our first home. We worked with Sandhu who has been so supportive, understanding and he made this journey so easy for us. Sandhu came to visit our home for measurements the day after we saw him in store and he designed a kitchen even better than what we imagined. We wanted to add this review to share the excellent customer service experience we received with him and just another way of us saying thank you! We cannot wait to see our kitchen in real life and seeing our first house turn into a lovely home.

We went to many different kitchen suppliers to explore designs, prices and service provided. Without a doubt Sandhu gave us the best experience - which is why we went with wickes in the end.
From start to finish he was great! He came out to the house to measure up and get a feel for the space. With his experience he recommended the best lay out but also listened to what we wanted and the ideas we had.
He wasn't at all pushy with the sale, which we found other places were.
His communication was great and he had a real standard of excellence - clearly taking pride and care over his work.

If you’re thinking of having a new kitchen installed the design consultant, Sandhu, gets you off to a good start. He is friendly, polite & professional. He designed a kitchen that met with our requests, & helped us every step of the way. Everything from beginning to end was all taken care of. Deliveries & contractors, especially our kitchen fitter, Phil, were all brilliant & we were kept updated throughout. We’re thrilled with our new kitchen. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Home visit and design by Sandhu was easily arranged, quick and easy to understand. The hardest part of the design process was the amount of options and combinations I could’ve chosen but Sandhu was great and able to use his experience and knowledge to help with this. The quality of the units are good. Payment terms were easy to sort out and straight forward. The two fitters, Kris and Saul were great, any issues from paper to fitting were quickly spotted and offered sensible solutions. They were polite, courteous, efficient and very clean. I was left with a very high standard fitted kitchen and if I had any work done again would always ask for them. Thank you to everyone involved.

We recently visited the Hinckley showroom to look at kitchens, and met with your design consultant Sandhu, who was absolutely brilliant. Sandhu came to our home a few days later and took measurements, and has now designed us a beautiful new kitchen which we absolutely love. Sandhu took time to sit with us and fine-tune the designs; he is friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Our recent experiences with Wickes in Hinckley has been nothing but amazing so far. After only one weekend, we were completely blown away by the designs of our (future!) brand new kitchen by Sandhu.

Following a quick visit to Wickes to view some showroom kitchens, Sandhu approached us to help us on our kitchen journey, after a visit to our house and a quick turnaround of his designs, we saw our new kitchen come to life, he walked us through each element, taken into account our preferences, the functionality and aesthetics of our kitchen, he really understood what we were looking for. Even after taking some time to deliberate over this new project, Sandhu has been incredibly patient, understanding and guided us every step of the way, we feel as though we are in safe hands during this process and we couldn't recommend Sandhu and Wickes at Hinckley enough!

Yussuf was helpful and supportive in choosing a kitchen that fit our needs and our budget. He visited the property and confirmed measurements before we ordered and even helped when we wanted to make a minor adjustment a couple of days after ordering. He felt thorough and knowledgeable and offered us cost effective ways to cupboard our boiler given that a standard wall unit wouldn't fit.
We appreciated his help and information throughout the process.

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the new kitchen design we had done. We worked with Sandhu from the Wickes store in Hinckley, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Complaint - we recently had a new shower fitted, the fitter didn’t follow Wickes policy and tried to get additional money from us even though we had a finance agreement agreed for all the work. Additionally the shower hinges were faulty and needed replacing and the fitter damaged our existing floor tiles. Wickes have offered £50 as goodwill. This I find absolutely disgusting way to treat customers who have taken a large financial agreement out. Wickes have been totally unresponsive and unhelpful in the whole process taking no ownership for the fitter.

I recently bought a kitchen from Wickes and the whole experience of purchasing it from the designer to the fitter was excellent. Karen the designer from the Hinckley branch was so helpful which made the designing process very easy. The fitters Peter and Ricky were absolutely brilliant they turned up on time, was very tidy and their workmanship was 100% excellent. The kitchen looks amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased with it - well done Wickes you have amazing staff and the kitchen is perfect.

Looked after yesterday by a very polite young lad . I had an enquiry re the self mix paint something I have zero knowledge of . He was able to advise me & also showed me other exterior paints available. I’m a woman over 50 who has become invisible to most of the world and is dismissed frequently
(to their peril ) so it’s refreshing to receive excellent customer care. Thanks Kyle it’s the little things 😊

Requested Sandhu design my kitchen after having him highly recommended by a friend. After comparing his design to one of Wickes competitors I decided Sandhu's was by far the best design. His initial design made very good use of the space I had. I had a couple of return visits to tweak colours of cabinets and worktops and also finalise fittings such as taps etc. I had put off buying a kitchen because I was anxious about the work involved as needed new plumbing and some electrical work. As someone who has never needed work before, it sounded complicated. After he spoke to a fitter he reassured me what I wanted was possible and made it sound easy.

Very happy with my new Kitchen.
