I was worried about the upheaval of having a new kitchen fitted, but everything went smoothly. Thanks to Reece(kitchen designer) and especially to Sean( Parker kitchen and joinery specialists Ltd) who did a great job.

Bathroom installation process was great up until the point I paid- after that it has been dreadful. Quite possibly the worst customer experience i have ever had.

Always great customer service from Kam at the wickes store. She’s always more than helpful with all things from big to small and always happy to help :)

Kam in your Derby store was friendly and approachable. Yours was the 3rd shop I had been to that morning to sort some beading for our hall. Kam gave me time, was knowledgeable, supportive and gave me her honest advice. In my opinion she went above and beyond. She is an absolute diamond. Thank you again Kam you made my day!!

Purchased a radiator in store which was supplier delivery. Ended up have the worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. Zero communication and always chasing for updates. Ended needing to take 4 days holiday to receive 1 undamaged radiator. On purchase I was advised the supplier would be in contact to arrange delivery, nope just notification from Parcelforce. Poor packaging and given the weight of the radiator it was damaged in transit. First offer was a replacement grill and touch up paint which I only found out about because I chased Wickes. Obviously response was no, advised collection and delivery on the same day several days later. Received Parcelforce notification for the replacement which wasn't the day advised. Called Wickes and was advised delivery date had changed but collection would be as originally advised. So that's now 3 days off work. Surprise surprise the radiator was packaged the same as the original and Parcelforce managed to do and even better job with the damage. Called Wickes yet again, zero ownership, zero interest in the total inconvenience caused and cost to me. Told I would have to wait 3 days for a response from the supplier, as asked how I lodge a formal complaint and was advised they would do that for me and I would receive a response within 48 hrs. Next thing I get an email from the supplier saying they are delivering the radiator the following day no option, I replied stating that may not be possible and was totally unacceptable. No response and nothing from Wickes with regards to my complaint. In the end I've taken 4 days off work which means I can no longer have time off at Christmas with my family. Wickes refused to acknowledge that as my contract was with them they were responsible. Shocking experience and significantly impacted by horrendous customer service

We went to the Wickes store in Derby to look at kitchens, a great range of units on display. We decided to book an appointment for a design consultant to come out and measure up for our new kitchen. Dmitri Mamajev came out measure up and explained the process. Polite, well presented and professional. We arranged a second meeting at the Derby store, Dmitry went through the design he had prepared in advance. Delighted with what he had designed and after choosing sink , work surfaces, taps ect we went ahead and purchased our new kitchen. We would highly recommend a Wickes kitchen and a specially Dmitri for all his knowledge and advice.

We were recommended by a friend who had her kitchen from Wickes.
We made our appointment with Reece, he was excellent from the get go, giving us amazing advice and planning our new kitchen !
He was patient, calm and helpful, nothing was to much trouble…… his advice and experience was immeasurable!
So, we placed our order including appliances!

Poor communication re delivery of my kitchen. What made it great was Cory and Ben (the fitters) and Reece (Wickes planner) they were great guys. They certainly went over and beyond my expectations

After ordering 5 interior doors and having only 4 delivered. What i would describe as a very easy job made very hard by wickes customer service department I contacted Wickes Derby and spoke to Linda. She was amazing sorted it all out for me got the missing door delivered within 3 hours .. Then after waiting 2 weeks for a refund I rang customer services to find they had not put my request through to refund dept.. again I spoke to Linda and she sorted the refund promptly.. my 5 stars are for Linda and the Derby team. Thankyou for your help.

A very positive and extremely helpful experience by Reece in the Derby Wickes, lots of great suggestions we'd not thought of and very knowledgeable of fitting kitchens, the fitter Shaun, was also superb, so very pleased with our purchase, many thanks Reece.

Had a really good experience with Steve at Wickes in Derby, nothing was to much trouble from the home design through to installation he was there to help at every step and we are thrilled with the end result

After receiving several recommendations, we decided to contact Wickes to discuss our new home renovation and kitchen installation. So far, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
Reece, our main point of contact and designer, has been an absolute professional throughout the process. He has gone above and beyond to help design our dream home, taking the time to understand our vision and translate it into a practical, beautiful space.
We’re truly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail, and we’re very much looking forward to seeing the final results.

We went to Wickes for a kitchen design after trying another company and feeling like we wanted more advice on how best to use our space. We certainly got what we were looking for, Reece was our designer and he was just fabulous, advising us on what units/appliances would work best in which areas to maximise the room we had to work with. We made a few tweaks to get it perfect, nothing was ever too much trouble and he really went over and above to ensure we had everything right. I always felt he’d give his honest opinion and advice which we found incredibly helpful. We were so happy with the design process that we also had a bathroom designed too.

The kitchen was fitted by Mark and again, we found him to be excellent; very meticulous and thorough and we’re absolutely thrilled with the finish, it’s everything we wanted it to be.

I was looking for wooden flooring and the staff were knowledgeable and spent time explaining the difference between laminate, real wood and LVT click.

After researching 4 companies to supply plasterboard Wickes came up with the best deal. Their delivery charge of only £4 won it for us and Angie who served us was very helpful. We looked at Hugh&Gray - Jewsons - B&Q.

So, my husband bought a drill and had to return it in exchange for another, we could not find the receipt so wickes searched their card transaction database and found it. Was refunded via a gift card, got the new drill which was now cheaper, so have extra DIY pennies on the gift card for future use. My main interaction at wickes Derby store was with Kam, who was wonderful.
