I visited the shop in Covent Garden end of March this year and bought a tin of White Hot Chocolate. This past weekend picked up the tin from my cupboard to check expiry date. 12/01/2021!! Good grief. Decided to contact office to let them know. Within 24 hrs, dealt with Sarann in customer service, gave her requested information/details/pics and they are sending a new tin to my son. BTW, I live in Canada so thought I was totally out of luck. Best customer service ever!!!

I’ve always enjoyed whittards hot chocolate but was disappointed with a new flavour. I sent feedback via email and Saraan picked it up. Replied within minutes and did much more than necessary to resolve the issue. As I was unable to visit a store for an exchange via ‘taste promise’ Saraan arranged for an alternative to be delivered. Outstanding customer services and a kindness that is much appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Glass teapot warmer
Even though there was some damage to my order, that has been quickly rectified. I received the order Sat, July 11. Sent pics to seller and note about shipment the same day. Received email on the next day, SUN, July 12 that a I would hear something soon. THE VERY NEXT DAY Monday, July 13, an email that Whittaker’s was shipping a new teapot warmer immediately!!! How’s that for service??? I must admit, a much more conscientious company as I have ever done business with. USA companies, some I’ve dealt with could take a lesson from you. Thank you so much, Definitely doing business with your company again…and my friends will hear about you as well. Keep up the good work and the outstanding customer service!

Whittard of Chelsea has wonderful tea selections and outstanding customer service. Recently my order was lost during shipping from the UK to the US, and Sarann, a Whittard customer service advisor, promptly replied to my email, checked into the details of the lost order, and issued a replacement order. Great service, great tea!

Great expectations truly fulfilled
I love the simplicity of the ordering process, the excellent and prompt service when, contrary to expectations, something doesn’t quite go to plan, and, above all, the lovely packaging. It makes unpacking the parcel a special experience. And yes, the tea is absolutely delicious.

coffee grinder
I bought a coffee grinder for my husband for his birthday. Beautiful machine. However, it happened to have been packed in such a way that the Bellows were crushed. I contacted Saran, who helped organise the bellows replacement part for me. Well done Sarann! Excellent Customer Service. Thanks again!

I was in Whittard’s in Arndale
I was in Whittard’s in Arndale, Manchester and I popped in as I always do when I come to Manchester. When I arrived I briefly took a small taster of a refreshment provided. The staff however felt like they were almost staring at me. However I took no notice of it as I thought it was just imagining it. However when I took another taster the staff this time had the audacity to ask me how many I had had. They also added a sneaky comment saying that I was greedy and needed to leave some for the rest of the customers. After hearing this I was outraged and immediately left the shop, although I was hoping to buy something. Also, this isn’t the first time this has happened so I had to take action this time. I am incredibly annoyed and can’t bring myself to come there again. After bringing this up to my friends and family it happens that it has also happened to the numerous times. I am completely utterly disgusting and disappointed.
