Not shopped with wierd fish before but saw some sale items online and took a look.
I found 3 vest type tunic tops in pretty summery patterns which were reduced by @ 50% I decided to purchase them as tunics without sleeves aren’t always easy to find.
The purchasing etc was straightforward and delivery was quick.
Delighted with the items, the material, design and colours/ patterns are lovely. I will look to purchase more items in the future

I am always pleased with the dresses and tops.They fit well but I always have to go up a size. Clothes wash well and last.

I am having to write this email due to the poor quality of your products.
I purchased two pairs of shorts in June. The blue pair faded after three days of wear. On replacement via your Stamford store I was given another pair. Your store manager was unable to print out a receipt for the replacement item.
My second pair have faded, despite only wearing the item on four or so occasions.
On taking them back to your Stamford store I found your staff to be unhelpful, as I did not have a receipt for the purchase, for the above reason

I am bewildered by the lack of customer care, despite being an advocate of your products.
There is clearly a manufacturing issue with this particular product.

What frustrates me most of all is the lack of goodwill shown by your inexperienced staff (Naiomi) and colleague in how it was dealt with.

It could have been dealt with differently.

As a gesture of good will, , I expect a full refund of the cost and a token gesture of goodwill

I always buy t shirts from Weird fish for my grandson.
They fit well, wash well and don't fade.
He still wears t shirts that he has had for years.
They do a large range of sizes too. Quick delivery as well.

Quality is always first class and returns are easy should you order a mix of sizes. Refunds issued in a timely manner.

Loved the two dresses I bought true to size, beautiful cool material ideal in this hot weather. Could be dressed up for a special occasion with a jacket or smart casual for a stroll to the pub on a cool summer evening.
