I recently rated the company as good product very poor delivery.
However after they asked for my information on the matter which I have supplied several times I have still many weeks later not had a response.
So it’s poor communication and customer service as well as poor delivery.

Bags split
Good product. Good price. But.... Many of the bags arrived split or with holes. So a lot of product was lost and will not keep dry.

The quality of the logs is very good
The quality of the logs is very good. The delivery driver was excellent, extremely helpful in bringing the logs up the drive to the log store. Where there is room for improvement is in the notification of the timing of the delivery. This was very short but as I am retired it was not s problem. For someone who works however this could have proved problematic.

Could not deliver to my address as…
Could not deliver to my address as lorry was to big I had to arrange for the crate to be picked up and brought to my property . Nothing has been heard from White's regarding this so shall not be doing anything with them again
