I find it very difficult to rate your service as I didn’t receive anything from you but you still charged me £5.99 for a weeks pass when I was on holiday. Despite having your tech department I was unsuccessful in receiving anything from you.

Didn't manage to connect
I managed to connect to the VPN I think, but then didn't find the channel. (itvx for the rugby final) it was a maze of passwords and unknown territory. Maybe I should have practiced first, but the rugby didn't wait :(
