I never managed to make it work and instructions sent to me by email were not easy for me to follow the end it never worked for me.

Could not get VPN to work, "Whenaway" support was useless. They promised me a refund 3 weeks ago. I keep Emailing them with no response.

It was a disappointment
It was a disappointment! They charge you right away but then guide you to zillions of other steps including setting up your own cloud etc etc to be able to use the vpn and in the process you end up paying a lot more.
I have been using Nordvpn and Bitdefender in the past which were quite straightforward and never had to do so much digging to get something running and realize midway that it was not worth it!

Always there when I wanted it, smooth downloading, great access to ITV and BBC films and series, and far better coverage and program quality than available here in Austria
