Wheelbase Anmeldelser

Great quality Airmatic mens shorts. YP has been looking for this brand and the price was much better than on other sites. Delivery was super fast, I will use Wheelbase again :)

absolutely awesome bottle ...plus postage was quick too

Very prompt delivery after a very helpful conversation with the shop.

Wheelbase is our local shop, but it's more than just a bike shop (they've got showers!?!) The staff love cycling and cyclists, they are incredibly helpful - and very patient.

We bought our gravel bikes from there and later our road bikes. Everyone was helpful, double-checked everything and made sure we were happy and understood the particulars of each bike.

The team own the shop and it shows.

Took my bike to Wheelbase Darlington, which I purchased it from originally. It had an error 504 on the display. Waited for 2 weeks to get it booked in, they phoned me to say they can't possibly find a fault with it without racking a massive bill up so it's in my interest that they just leave it. The replacement motor was just a year old with a receipt to prove it. I phoned back to make sure they understood it was covered by warranty but was assured it's in by interest because it could cost a fortune to work out what's wrong. Fast forward to today and I took it to a bike shop in Bishop Auckland and they have called to say it's fixed with a £20 charge, it just needed a fault code cleared. I don't think Wheelbase had even plugged it in.
My plan was to get it fixed and to sell it for a new Am.Flow, I won't be giving my local Wheelbase the business and that's for sure.

Felt rushed when picking bike up and the guy kinda put the bike down specifically the wheels when it started to make noise from front wheel

Product was fine. But got 4 emails asking me to review my experience. Too many emails.

Order went smoothly with Wheelbase but let down on the delivery date which I waited in two days after tracking my bike purchase. It eventually arrived three days late.

Enormous thanks to Tom in the workshop at Darlington. Super helpful with sourcing me a set of replacement bolts for my son’s ebike in time for Ard Rock this weekend. Extremely helpful. Got the job done. I’ve little relationship with the store as we live in Sheffield but he went above and beyond to help get me out of a fix. Proper customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate using the shop or workshop again in the future. Highly recommend and thanks again.

Probably the best online retailer for price and service. Highest recommendation.

Prompt work by the guys at Wheelbase, a great bike for my grandson and excellent delivery service keep up the good work

Excellent customer service, really swift delivery and detailed info on how to construct bike. Really happy customer

Great price arrived on time.

Have used wheelbase twice in the last week or so, brilliant prices and incredibly fast delivery. Spot on

Perfect communication, quick delivery and goods in perfect condition once received. What more do you want?

We phoned Wheelbase about reserving a particular bike they had in stock. They were happy to reserve the bike for us whilst I waited for my Cycle2work letter, paid a refundable deposit. Sent them the LOC 2 weeks later when I got it, they redeemed it immediately and refunded my deposit at the same time. I could have got the bike delivered 48 hour’s later however I requested some accessories were fitted, which they ordered and fitted and delivery ended up being 2 days after that. Matt could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase from Wheelbase again, even though I live in Glasgow.

Amazing customer service, product was good and the delivery was swift.

The whole buying experience was very simple. The price was very competitive and delivery very fast.
A great company to deal with!
