Excellent door excellent service. The guys that came to install the new door were hard working, friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was just perfect.

The garage door was fitted according to agreed date. The fitters carried out the work efficiently explaining how it operated and left instruction details

Initial survey and discussion was really helpful in deciding what would work for us. The delivery time was reasonable and the fitters were very efficient and were very tidy workers. Overall, extremely pleased with the product and service.
The new garage door certainly insulates what used to be a cold and draughty space with the old ' up and over' type metal door.

We looked at many garage door providers some just gave a price over the phone, some sent an email with just a price but no real details.

Good service from start to completion

We had fantastic service from the team at West Yorkshire Garage doors. They came out promptly to look at the job.We needed rotten wood around the garage door and sides to be removed and replaced with new wood and Upvc. Also a new garage door .All this was carried out in a day by a very friendly Tony (think that was his name). He did a fantastic job and took all the old stuff away with him too . Very reasonably priced aswell. Thank you

My original garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon and I rang up for a new one. A person from West Yorkshire Garages came out on the following Monday and measured up, I chose a door from the catalogue and ordered it. 4 weeks manufacturing time and it arrived to be fitted in 3 1/2 weeks. Perfect fitting job all great! Beautiful quality.

Tony was excellent with us. He was honest in his appraisal of the type of garage door we needed. The job was done to a very professional standard. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was due to the late arrival of the fitting team without any communication leaving us having to chase them. That said, they didn’t rush the job and wouldn’t leave until we were satisfied that the car still fitted in the garage. When at first attempt it didn’t the appropriate adjustments were made to the mechanism. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone.

The enquiry desk took time to establish the nature of the fault. On account of the age of the installation (2007), they sent a long time employed service engineer with knowledge of obsolete equipment to undertake the works. As it turned out, he had undertaken the installation in 2007!
Doors repaired and serviced easily and quickly. Call-out charge and repair cost very reasonable.
Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
