West End Dental - Prestatyn Anmeldelser

Very friendly caring puts you at ease
I would definitly recommend

Friendly attentive explained everything well. No complaints.

I get very stressed even thinking of the dentist, like a lot of people do, hence I haven’t been for many years. All I can say is, they were great with me, friendly and supportive, that is all behind me now and I have no issues in going back, great work.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff very relaxing as I am severely anxious and nervous about going to dentist

Very professional painless procedure staff very helpful

All the staff are excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better local dentist or hygienist. Thanks !

It went very smoothly and did not wait long to go in. I had my treatment done then had it all explained what will happen next time I come. Also if I have any problems what to do , then paid at the desk and left.

Staff great very professional and lovely place to get your teeth sorted. I’ll give them a 5 star rating

Had 3 extractions done at once. Didn't feel any pain at all just some tugging and pulling which is to be expected. So kind and thoughtful throughout to a very, very nervous patient 😬 Receptionist was also lovely as well. Received a call 24 hrs later to check up on me. Great Service 👍

The staff are so welcoming and very good at their jobs. I feel very relaxed as I never did with previous dentists.

Dr Chris Herd is a top class dentist who planned and carried out my treatment with great care and precision.
It was clearly apparent that the quality of the work he had undertaken was of great importance to him.
I value his advice on dental matters and trust him to always do an excellent job. In addition to the above, he’s also a really friendly and pleasant man.

I made a call to West End dental Prestatyn when I was suffering a bad tooth ache while on holiday nearby. I filled in the forms that they sent by txt just like my own dentist. Fortunately there is a free carpark near bye and I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving.

Friendly gentle services by all from the minute you walk in to the dentist 😀

Very professional and friendly service. The dentist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.”I

Excellent service provided by everyone from the reception through to the hygienist Keeley and her assistant Chloe. Would highly recommend West End Dental for treatment

Hygienist Keelie is very skilfull at what she does . Thoroughly recommend her and her colleagues
Wonderful and totally relaxed experience.

Warm and welcoming, calm environment, very professional staff. Every team member put me at ease and the Dentist took time to fully explain and answer any questions. After not being a fan of dentists for a number of years these have converted me- thanks!

Cannot recommend West End Dental Prestatyn highly enough..although i am a nervous patient i was made to feel at ease the moment i walked in..would like to thank Chris Herd and all the team for giving me my smile back..5 star treatment

I am extremely nervous of going to the dentist. Both Dr Chris & his dental nurse Sophie were patient & kind. They gave me plenty of time & I didn't feel rushed. Thank you.
