Never going again scared me out of my…

Never going again scared me out of my wits i dont feel comfortable at all I went in for a deep clean really scared me I didn’t get it done am never going back all they do is care thru dont reassure u of any treatment the dental assistant by the chair kept freaking me out i fem so scared my whole body was shaking 🫨 no comfort words either never going again

Chris made me feel relaxed and…

Chris made me feel relaxed and explained the whole process, for someone who hasn't been to a dentist for over 20 years I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I know have a health plan and my next appointment booked. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a root canal filling and crown fitted to a tooth that I thought was beyond repair. I am very pleased with the finished result, which was completed in only 3 visits. Excellent service from start to finish from the reception to the medical staff.

A disappointing visit this time

My wife and I have belonged to this practice as NHS patients since 2014 and have seen many changes.
Our most recent visit for basic checkups (April 2026) was rather disappointing.
Despite the dentist recommending that I should have a Scale & Polish on my teeth - something that is included in the NHS Band 1 agreement that I had paid for - I was told by both dentist and reception staff that it was done on a private basis (£60) only.
It would seem that anything beyond the 10 minute checkup is chargeable, even though a scale & polish should be included when required.
